Nice hotel, quite clean.

颱風尤蘭達來襲期間我是住在彭斯恩宮殿酒店，我喜歡這家酒店的原因不單單是因為住在這裏使我成為颱風過後的倖存者。酒店裝飾的非常漂亮，舒適而且乾淨。這裏的工作人員非常的樂於助人，並且帶給你一種家的感覺。唯一的一點瑕疵就是這裏的食物比較一般還有就是跟我們之前在城裡住的酒店相比它的地理位置也有些不好，我很高興從酒店到哪裡的距離都是一樣的。

工作人員都非常友好！早餐的品種相當多，你衹需要跟接待員訂你的早餐（衹是讓他們知道你想在什麼時間享用早餐），當你的早餐準備好了，酒店會打電話到你的房間。如果你也打算去宿務島參觀（菲律賓地名），彭斯恩宮殿酒店的位置相當靠近碼頭。

I already did ! Very clean, but very poor location.

We only stayed a night at the Palazzo Pensionne. It was a good place for a night in Cebu city. The room was clean and had everything you needed. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. There is a free breakfast, which is a nice start into the day. The location is alright. It's a bit away from the hustle of the city so it's quiet at night but not too far to walk to where all the action is. I would recommend this place. It's good value for money.
