Very untrustworthy, they couldn't deliver what we had asked for but took our money anyway. Calypso hotel 5 minutes away was fantastic.

Extremely rude male staff. Horrible service. Asked for towels and were insulted. First night service was adequate but on the second day we were treated disrespectfully. A very basic hotel, with a person in the front desk who doesn’t know about customer service, unlike the lady who received us on arrival and was friendly. I would never recommend this hotel.

Avoid this hotel if you can. It's an old place with a 3-star rating that should not be more than 1 star at best. Here’s why: Noisy: Poor soundproofing, you can hear every guest. Trash: There’s litter in front of the entrance. Parking: Costs €15 per day, unguarded, with potholes, stones, trash, and stray cats walking on cars. If you arrive late, there might be no spots even though you've paid. Dirty walls: The walls are filthy. Dust: Dust on the radiators and window blinds. Broken AC: The air conditioning doesn’t work. Broken TV: The TV doesn’t function. No Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is not available. Shower: The shower is tiny, with mold, limescale, and part of the door replaced by a moldy curtain. Old, dirty toilet brush: The toilet brush was disgusting. Clogged sink: The sink was clogged, and water drained slowly. No extra power outlets: There are no additional electrical sockets. Extra charge for pets: €15 per night for a pet. The only positive is its proximity to the sea and being not too far from the city center. Otherwise, this hotel is a huge disappointment.

The sheets very clean and good towels. BUT the noise. On a busy road so awful with window open. And then from 4 pm until 10 pm booming music from gym next door. Worst place I have stayed in for very long time. If you stay here take ear plugs. Air conditioning is not great either

I had booked here so we would have easy access to our trip to Monaco for the F1 Race, but found it really was not the best location, even though it had been recommended. I had tried to book with my Amex card, but they sent me a note telling me they did not accept that credit card even though it is on their brochure. Most importantly- The hotel website and brochure both stated they had a shuttle service to the train station, which we found out was false. This is one reason I booked with them, so we’d have easy access to the train station, and now we were stuck! Our room was clean and had everything we needed, but the location was not the best cause it was about a mile from city center and train station. Thought it would be nice to be near the water, but Unfortunately they were also working on the beach with construction, so not easily accessible. The hotel breakfast was only sweets and caffe/juice and cost extra $$, which I thought was too much considering the price of the room was not cheap. The worst part of our stay was how difficult it was to get a taxi back to the train station & it was too far for us to walk with our luggage. Big thanks to our desk clerk “Chantelle”, who had to call the taxi service for us several times to even get them to come pick us up. Then once we did get a ride of 1 Mile the driver charged us double what it cost when we had our initial ride from the same train station to the hotel— what a rip-off! Obviously this is not much of a tourist area, and I will not bother to book in this town again, because services are quite lacking!
