普羅維登斯希爾頓酒店的評論

環境很好，位置很好，上高速很方便，標識非常清楚，地理位置無敵 去哪兒都很方便 城市不是很大，但是值得逛逛

一個床上配備了四個高低軟硬不同的枕頭，洗髮水，洗髮精都相當好用。大小不等的毛巾雪白，週末的自助早餐也不錯😊還有咖啡味道也贊

房間並非天天清潔，出門時要求清潔工打掃房間換毛巾，下午回來還沒換。要求馬上清理房間，被告知要跟前台申請，前台回覆房間清潔必須提前申請，而且衹有上午才有清凈工人。

上次孩子住過，感覺不錯，這次我們也住了，也不錯。

酒店中規中矩，所以價格也不算高，上布朗大學10多分鐘

服務滿意，購物方便

酒店比較老舊但還很乾凈，房間略顯小了些

Neat hotel with basic needs. Nothing special but does the job.

It met my expectations but I realized that I overpaid for the room because I booked too early:(

방은 깔끔하고 좋았어요~~ 그런데 배쓰텁과 환풍기 등은 급 개선이 판요해ㅈ보입니다.

주변 걷기 좋음. 스타벅스 영화괔 가까움. 위치 좋음

One of the worst experience. Hotel is old and falling appart. Had to change room 3 times in 5 days because something would break (toilet, TV, …). Desk staff wasn’t helping much and impossible to speak to a manager. I’ll never go there again !

Our first time staying at Hilton but i was higher disappointed. No complimentary breakfast, no microwave or fridge in the room. Parking is not free. Popcorn ceiling and some mold in upper corners of the bathroom. Just disappointed 😞 and will never book with Hilton. I have stayed in better hotels with better amenities. I asked for a warm Blanket for my grandmother and was told the blanket on the bed is sufficient. Sad experience!

They sold all the onsite parking which is usually plentiful to use for an area event leaving us and many others in need of parking stranded.
