Stayed at Welcomheritage Ranjit Vilas for 2 nights with family, and both elders and children enjoying the stay. It is located close to the airport in a quiet residential neighborhood and is easier to find with GPS. The property is excellent with a traditional setup equipped with modern room facilities. Breakfast buffet spread was great with Indian vegetarian options (poori, paratha, etc.), bread, corn flakes, milk, etc. and eggs were available on request. The hotel also has recreational activities such as turban tying and tractor ride but we didn't have enough time to explore it. There is a swimming pool too though we didn't have time to use it. Hotel is located around 30-45 mins by car from the Golden Temple and Jalianwala Baug.

Property overall is a complete package. No complaints in any field. May be room service or housekeeping or frond desk all of them excel each other. Only drawback is there breakfast buffet which needs to be bit more spread out as they offer only egg in non veg. Section and a bit more variety is needed in veg. Section, because if your stay is for more than two days the breakfast menu is repetitive. Services are execellent.

Good property with warmth and helpful frontdesk. Traditional charms maintained with good breakfast in morning. Very close to airport. Only thing I felt was may be they could have equipped modern facilities with those charming traditional buildup like proper bathroom and shower panels. However everything was good and enjoyed our stay. We were a family with 2 small kids and they do accomodate that effectively. Like providing infant milks and kids breakfast

Fantastic authentic Indian hotel. All the staff were very attentive and exceptionally friendly. They remembered small details about us and made sure we had what we wanted . We couldn’t rate this hotel more highly. We would love to return and bring family next time!

We stayed for 4 nights, loved the ambience and service throughout. After we checked out we went to stay in Taj but were disappointed with Taj and came back to stay in this heritage hotel which we found to be better than Taj Amritsar. Located 5 mins drive from the airport, tucked away in a quiet location that we found very safe as they have security guard on duty 24/7. The area around is green with fields giving you authentic feel of Punjab. Propriety itself is well maintained on daily basis and hold Punjabi ambience with service to match it. From check in to check out we very impressed with the whole experience, nothing was too much and went an extra mile to provide us the anything we wanted. The property has a large and a small outdoor pool, if it gets dirty due to trees and shrubs in the area they clean it immediately by emptying the pool which can eat into your day if you wanted to relax by the pool, but we enjoyed our swim each day. The property is full of plants and trees with huge lawn to have that lovely walk in the morning as well as roof top to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The staff is friendly and provides good service, but staff in the restaurant can do with a bit more smiles and a service touch up. The food was tasty but can be warm in the buffet but happy to bring out fresh breads. The buffet can be kept warmed with burners and also replacing lids at all times as people usually leave them off the containers. We had fun with Turban tying and went on a tractor ride into the local village by the canal, it was an awesome experience. We stayed in Bunty da Kamra and loved it. The room was clean, hygienic and shower powerful. Basic toiletries and towels are provided. The rooms are cleaned everyday and has tea/coffee facilities that is replenished by the staff but can be a hit and miss with stocking up but they always come back to refill on request. Overall an excellent heritage stay and will definitely stay again. A special thanks to Harminder urf Harry who looked after us well. The staff is an asset to the hotel.

Excellent Stay! Visited Amritsar with Family and chose this property as it has ethnic feel and we wanted to spend some time in the property itself for my Son's birthday. Impressed by everything - hospitality, staff behavior and food. Highly recommend this property.

I travelled with my husband and pet to this beautiful resort..however my excitement was turned down to worst nights ever. The husky present in the hotel tried attacking me, while this was not enough..he banged our room' s door one night and we couldnt sleep even after complaining to the hotel staff as our pet got scared of him. In regards to this specific incident, the hotel should take immediate action to address the issue and investigate the incident to determine what went wrong and take steps to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. This could include additional training for staff on how to handle a HUSKY. By taking a proactive approach to addressing the issue, the hotel can demonstrate its commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for guests, including those traveling with pets. Apart from this, the amentities provided by the hotel were not fair at all. The coffee/chai packets were not refilled even a single day. Also, the bathrooms were not cleaned properly. To our surprise, the room didnt have a small fridge which is generally provided by a 5 star resort. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. This so called pet friendly hotel/resort is not at all friendly for a pet. Worst experience ever.

Unforgettable Wedding Experience at Ranjit Vilas! We recently attended a wedding at Ranjit Vilas in Amritsar was nothing short of magical! The picturesque setting, elegant decor, and impeccable service surpassed our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The spacious rooms accommodated guests comfortably, and the delicious cuisine left everyone raving. The management team was incredibly accommodating, making the entire process seamless. We were in awe of the stunning ambiance and traditional charm. Highly recommend them for anyone seeking an unforgettable experience in Amritsar! It is only about 10 minutes away from the airport, heating works well, and hot water available throughout the day.

Excellent, big and cozy rooms. Arranged proper heating for us. Rooms had a vintage touch. Staff was very courteous. Excellent stay. Best part is location near the airport. All requests were addresses promptly and with detailed attention.

A very rustic feel which wasn’t quite our style. The staff were nice & friendly. Too rustic for us, it was clean but there was no where comfortable to sit and relax. The restaurant offering was limited & very Indian oriented. I imagine if you like spending a few days at a festival you’ll be at home here. The air conditioning in the room was fantastic, the wifi was useless.

Second stop on our India trip. Very welcoming staff. The room was nice with a good outside seating area. Breakfast was tasty and dinner was good too. The swimming pool was cool but I had a lovely swim in it. Nice to float on your back and take in the atmosphere. Good hotel.
