避免避免避免。地板上有垃圾和食物垃圾，地板上有臟枕套和用過的紙巾，浴缸裡塞滿了頭髮，浴室垃圾桶也滿了。在兩天的住宿中向接待處投訴，在我退房之前這些問題都沒有得到解決。接待處的蒂娜非常粗魯。也許他們需要買一個吸塵器，因為房間裡似乎從未見過吸塵器。

週一至週五上午 8 點和 9 點以及下午 2.30 點和下午 4 點之間，由於父母使用酒店停車場從隔壁的學校接送孩子，酒店停車場很瘋狂。不要在這些時間到達/離開。實際的酒店很棒。非常乾淨，有禮貌的工作人員。鎮上的好位置，不在事物的中間，對面就有一家便利的超市。晚上很安靜。

登記入住的員工效率很高。房間和預期的一樣——舒適乾淨。看著停車場，但很安靜。這是一家相當普通的 Premier Inn，因此您確切地知道您會得到什麼。很便宜

哇。從前台到高架床（帶大像腳）再到首屈一指的濕室浴室，都很棒。住在這家酒店，因為我們有自己的濕房，我們不能選擇一個更好的地方，這家酒店的團隊是最棒的。謝謝

接待區乾淨整潔。工作人員非常愉快。房間寬敞、乾淨而且非常舒適。良好的停車位，步行即可輕鬆到達酒店附近的超市和加油站。很方便。

Good location near main routes, resto, supermarket, petrol, has aircon, basic, you know what to expect and best beds. Suits a one to two night stay for doing stuff elsewhere.

The beds were comfortable and staff were welcoming, especially Mr. Dawood who was helpful in getting travel information for our next destination. The ambience was clean. I loved the shower gel as it was a premium quality and the facility had treated water system.

Good night's stay, just what we needed. for a night away for a friends party. Quiet and peaceful location, comfortable and clean rooms. Pub next door was good for breakfast,.

The windows do not open at the hotel and the air con didn’t cool the room down. It was very hot at nights. It would be nice to be able to have fresh air

We wanted a reasonably priced hotel a short drive from the Hertfordshire Zoo, and this fitted the bill perfectly. Reception staff friendly & welcoming, room ample sized, spotlessly clean and laid out as you’d expect from a premier inn. Despite having a large Tesco across the carpark the room was lovely & quiet. We were warned at check in that there was a possibility of only the continental breakfast being available despite our pre-booked cooked breakfast due to staff shortages at the pub. We were assured if this was the case we’d be given a full refund. However- and despite some slight trepidation having read previous reviews about food- the breakfast service was fully up and running. I was very pleasantly surprised, the cooked food was very good, arrived hot & promptly, and there was ample choice of continental breakfast to accompany it. The lady server- who seemed to be running the place single handedly- was friendly and efficient. I would definitely return to this hotel if in the area again.

Could not fault this Premier Inn. Early check-in provided at 10.30am for only £10! Very friendly welcome. Comfortable clean room Very convenient for Tesco Superstore for supper - room has desk mounted bottle opener so you can buy a bottle of beer!

Modern Premier Inn, clean and tidy with normal comfortable beds. Check-in went smoothly. We had a very big bedroom here and a large TV otherwise it was a typical modern premier in room. The water pressure was a little low on the sink but not a problem. Breakfast was next door in the Potters Arms which was probably our best Premier Inn Breakfast experience, great service from Joanne and had a nice touch with teapots and milk jugs.

Lovely clean hotel with great staff especially the young man on afternoon shift when we arrived he went above and beyond to help ,pub was nice but sadly closed on Monday and Tuesday so had to eat elsewhere,Tesco across the road was handy

Two guests in room 212 and one towel between us. Sink tap didn’t work properly and the room was so cold I had to sleep in my coat. No one around to speak to. On my return home I emailed but received no response. A good nights sleep guaranteed? You are joking!!! Won’t stay here again, have stayed here a few times as it’s a central meeting point with friends….never again!
