Un seul mot: bravo ! Le meilleur Hôtel de notre voyage avec celui de Halls Gap (dans les Grampians). On voit la différence avec les les chaines hôtelières... Tout est parfait dans cette petite structure. On voit que la propriétaire (ou gérante) aime ce qu'elle fait, cela respire la joie. Merci Madame. Vous avez des petits chocolats (maison je pense) disposés sur une plaque de bienvenue dans la chambre. Plus loin des cookies maison. Du savon à la lavande etc... Notre chambres était décorée avec goût. Elle dispose d'accessoires neufs et tout est super propre. Le motel est idéalement situé à 30 m du bord de mer. Il dispose d'un parking face à chaque chambre. L'environnement est paisible avec toujours beaucoup de soin apporté à la décoration extérieur. La literie est très confortable. Tout est parfait 20/20 ou A+ (en Australie) même A+++ Un seul regret ne pas avoir prévu de rester plusieurs jours dans notre road trip de 26 jours en Australie. Lakes Entrance mérite un stop de 2 ou 3 jours car si le Motel était super la région est très très belle.

This was a last minute booking and were pleasantly surprised with very friendly service at reception and then a room that was spacious and full of great amenities. The little things are always the best.... homemade biscuits waiting on a plate (which were really yum) and a lovely sign on the bed, welcoming us to the motel and giving us the temperature details for the next day. The bed was comfortable and the lights on the sideboard were fantastic, which made it all feel like home. Would highly recommend staying here and enjoying the comforts of a homely motel. What a lovely little motel this is. Greeted with a smile and homemade cookies in the room. Lots of excellent finishing touches such as wireless charging on the bed side lamps, fresh milk in the fridge, a proper coffee maker and so on. Great location opposite the lake and close to some lovely restaurants for dinner and breakfast. I wouldn’t definitely stay here again.

Lovely motel, perfect for visiting lakes entrance. Room clean and comfortable with a few extras thrown in such as home made cookies and a little milk for that all important cuppa after a long drive. The lady on reception was very helpful and offered good advice as to what to visit in the area

Very welcoming reception, clean, well appointed and comfortable room. Advice given for best food & coffee outlets. Pod coffee machine in room. Home made cookies left in the room as a welcome gift, what a lovely thing for the manager to do. Free upgrade to King room. Environmentally friendly toiletries. Quiet room. Flat walking distance to shops, food outlets, pubs & clubs.

Clean and comfortable. Great location. Attention to detail and good bathroom products. The room was fresh and well finished. Went to the Sea Shanty restaurant for dinner at the hosts recommendation which was walking distance and had a lovely dinner.

The motel was like a home away from home, the owners were friendly and welcoming and room was comfortable and cosy. The tea and coffee were good quality and the little treats a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend.

The motel was excellent with first class service from management, a very comfortable room with lovely bed. It overlooks the ocean and very close proximity to all facilities. We look forward to going back.

Stayed in deluxe queen room for an overnight stay. Room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, easy parking right outside the room and quiet at night. Handy kitchen utensils, plates, cups and nice to have the coffee pod machine. Lots of little extra touches to make us feel welcome. Staff were friendly and helpful and obviously enjoy doing what they do. Would recommend this motel. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

The property is Kept very clean & tidy. The 2 ladies running the property are very friendly and helpful. We have been lucky enough to travel quite a bit all over the world & we have found that it's the little things that make all the difference to our stay. Fiona & Shawna add that personal touch, that little something else with daily homemade treats left in your room in stead of the ubiquitous little pack of mass produced cookies for your tea and coffee. That's what makes the difference for us. Thank you very much ladies.

Awesome motel to stay. Super clean room, awesome bed and great shower. Very spacious plus a couch and table and chairs. We were greeted as if friends plus as an added touch, homemade biscuits on arrival. They were delicious.

Great place to stay. Super friendly check in, spotless room with hot shower and very comfy bed. Had a lot of little extra touches to the room which means the owners take a lot of pride with the motel. For a smaller complex it is definitely punching above its weight

Very clean and internet connected TV program including Youtube and netflix. Also towels in the bathroom are very good.

The location was fantastic and the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, the accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed for our little staycation. We walked 5 mins in to the main ***** and were minutes away from the beach. We had a great time and will book again.
