ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΟ η τοποθεσια αποκαλυψη γηινες αποχρωσεις παντου .ΖΕΝ αισθητικη, διακριτικη πολυτελεια που με την υποστηριξη του ΚΑΤΑΠΛΗΚΤΙΚΟΥ προσωπικου ανεβαζει τον πηχη της φιλοξενειας πολυ ψηλα...ευχαριστουμε

Πήγαμε Οκτώβριο και το ξενοδοχείο αυτό δεν θα έπρεπε να λειτουργεί εκτός Καλοκαιριού. Έκλεινε σε 1 εβδομάδα και σου έδινε την αίσθηση οτι "είναι στο κλείσιμο" （πχ ήταν μαζεμένα ή καλυμμένα πολλά από τα έπιπλα στους εξωτερικούς χώρους）. Εσωτερικοί χώροι δεν υπάρχουν στην ουσία, δηλαδή αν θέλεις το απογευματάκι να μαζευτείς με τα παιδιά σου ή με φίλους να παίξεις ένα επιτραπέζιο οι επιλογές είναι το εστιατόριο （που όταν ο κόσμος αρχίζει να τρώει είναι ενοχλητικό να παίζεις δίπλα τους） ή το μπαρ που είναι τόσο σκοτεινό και με τόσο μικρά τραπεζάκια που είναι αδύνατον να βρεθείς οικογενειακά εκεί μέσα. Το πρωινό συμπαθητικό αλλά όχι κάτι τρομερό. Επίσης στο σπιτάκι που μέναμε μαζί με τα δύο παιδιά μας （12 ετών）, το ένα από τα δύο κρεβάτια ήταν ένα ράντζο κακής ποιότητας στο οποίο η κόρη μας δεν μπορούσε να κοιμηθεί. Είναι αδιανόητο σε δωμάτιο με τέτοια τιμή να μην έχουν όλα τα μέλη της οικογένειας από ένα κρεβάτι ή μία πολυθρόνα-κρεβάτι με κανονικό στρώμα! Κατά τα άλλα το φαγητό στο εστιατόριο πολύ νόστιμο και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό. Δεν θα ξαναπάω και δεν το συστήνω σε οικογένειες （εκτός Καλοκαιριού που φαντάζομαι θα είναι διαφορετικά λόγω πισίνας, θάλασσας κλπ）.

Δεύτερη φορά που μένουμε σε αυτό το υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο … το δωμάτιο τέλειο και αρκετά μεγάλο για να φιλοξενήσει μια οικογένεια … το φαγητό ήταν άξιο συγχαρητηρίων … και επίσης η μπουτίκ με ρούχα και αξεσουάρ που υπάρχει εκεί έχει εκπληκτικά κομμάτια που θα λατρέψετε όπως και εγώ και οι φίλες μου…αγόρασα ένα φανταστικό φόρεμα που τώρα είναι το αγαπημένο μου .. η κοπέλα στην μπουτίκ so chic luxury boutique ήταν πολύ πολύ εξυπηρετική και σίγουρα θα αγοράσω και στο μέλλον κάτι από εκεί online

מלון מיוחד בעל מורשת היסטורית המתבטאת בעיצוב המלון וחדריו. מיקום על צלע הר עם נוף טבעי ומלא באין ספור פינות חמד קסומות. ארוחת הבוקר טובה, אבל השרות היה איטי ביותר, וחסר מגוון של ירקות טריים. חשוב לי לציין לטובה במיוחד את Stavros מחדר האוכל שנענה לכל בקשה,ומעבר ,ובקבלה את Yanis

Das Kinsterna Hotel wird nicht umsonst überall so hoch gelobt. Wir hatten eine außergewöhnlich schöne Zeit und waren absolut begeistert! Zum einen ist es ein wunderbares Hideaway und man kommt wirklich zur Ruhe, zum anderen ist es einfach eine wunderschöne, gepflegte Anlage mit sehr schönen Zimmern, geschmackvoller Einrichtung und einem ausgesprochen aufmerksamen, freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Team! Wir haben dort einige Male zu Abend gegessen und waren jedes Mal begeistert! Auch Weinliebhaber kommen köstlich auf ihre Kosten. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig und von bester Qualität! Besonders gefallen haben uns auch die Aktivitäten, die das Hotel anbietet. Gerade mit Kindern gibt es unglaublich viel zu entdecken. Von Tierfütterung, über Brotbacken, Seifenherstellung etc. Wir können dieses Hotel nur jedem ans Herz legen. Es lohnt sich absolut!!

Lieu magique, personnel au top, tout est parfait. Je recommande cet endroit même si son emplacement est à l’écart de Monemvasiq. Tout est à disposition du client. Tout est fait avec soin. Il y a de la place en suffisance et des jolis endroits pour se poser tout au long de la journée

Ήταν μια υπέροχη εμπειρία. Παρακολουθήσαμε όλες τις δραστηριότητες στο Kinsterna. Ειδικά μην χάσετε τη ξενάγηση με τις ιστορικές αναφορές. Το προσωπικό πολυ ευγενικό και πρόσφατο να εξυπηρετήσει οποιαδήποτε στιγμή. Τα δωματιο μας έβλεπε στους κήπους όπου πραγματικά η φύση και τα λουλούδια ήταν υπέροχα. Το πρωινό τέλειο. Φάγαμε 2 φορές στο εστιατόριο πολυ καλά. Η πισίνα και ο περιβάλλον χώρος είναι ότι πρέπει για χαλάρωση...

Das Hotel liegt traumhaft etwas oberhalb des meeres in den Bergen ca 5 km südlich von Monemvasia. Das ist ein sehr aufwendig restauriertes altes Gutsgebäude, die neu gebauten Anbauten sind im selben Stil. die zimmer sind stilvoll und luxoriös, sehr schöne Bäder. Der Service ist absolut perfekt, freundlich und kompetent. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, sehr gutes gehobenes Restaurant mit ebenso ausgezeichnetem Service und sehr guter Küche. wir waren jetzt das zweite mal da und sicher nicht das letzte mal. abgesehen von der wunderschönen anlage gefällt uns besonders wie überdurchschnittlich gut und freundlich insgesamt der service abläuft. wir finden das ist eines der besten hotels in Griechenland !

Nous étions très inquiets au regard des derniers avis postés… Mais l’hôtel est absolument incroyable ! Nous avions une chambre familiale proche de la piscine adulte. Les + La chambre topissime, décorée avec goût, immense sdb avec double vasque, 2 chambres separeees, 2 wc, 1 petite terrasse fleurie au calme avec vue sur la piscine et la mer L hôtel : calme nature espace et beaux matériaux, magique Les 2 piscines tops Le petit déjeuner absolument incroyable L’espace animaux avec brebis ânes et chevaux, juste génial avec des enfants Des arbres fruitiers partout sur le domaine avec des figues délicieuses Service de voiturette à l arrivée Les - Service un peu long le soir au resto A 2 reprises la chambre n était pas faite à 14h à notre retour d’activité (mais en un appel à la réception le sujet était réglé en 5minutes)

Les photos ne mentent pas : l'hôtel est absolument magnifique ! Imaginez-vous dans un bâtiment historique réaménagé avec le plus grand goût, entouré d'un verger et d'oliviers, avec une vue imprenable sur la citadelle de Monemvasia et la mer, sans oublier les deux splendides piscines... Mais ce qui rend ce lieu encore plus inoubliable, c'est Marthe-Hélène. Non seulement elle est d'une gentillesse incomparable, mais elle prend aussi le temps de vous présenter l'histoire de l'hôtel et de proposer des activités pour pimenter votre séjour. Vous pourriez partir en balade à cheval, visiter le verger, discuter avec Kostas l'apiculteur, ou encore explorer la boutique d'antiquités. Avec Marthe-Hélène à vos côtés, votre séjour sera tout simplement mémorable (nos enfants ne parlent plus que d’elle)! The photos don't lie: the hotel is absolutely stunning! Imagine yourself in a beautifully renovated historic building, surrounded by an orchard and olive groves, with breathtaking views of the citadel of Monemvasia and the sea, not to mention the two gorgeous swimming pools. But what makes this place even more unforgettable is Marthe-Hélène. Not only is she incredibly kind, but she also takes the time to introduce you to the history of the hotel and suggest activities to enhance your stay. You could go horseback riding, visit the orchard, chat with Kostas the beekeeper, or explore the antique shop. With Marthe-Hélène by your side, your stay will be simply unforgettable!

The one star rating is from a couple who bought into the hotel’s “absolute tranquility” marketing. Other guests giving their little ones a break from Wet and Wild / Butlins / Patriot Park will doubtless award the place maximum marks. It is at them the hotel is clearly aimed. The problem boils down to this. Kinsterna pitches its product at two markets. On one hand there is the adventure playground, playroom, kiddies pool, nuggets for dinner proposition. On the other - the promises of tranquility, “discrete luxury”, a decompression chamber etc copy and content on their website. It’s very hard to deliver both simultaneously and Kinsterna doesn’t. It chooses a side and that side is the big family groups from the US and former eastern block countries who book out the family suites, villas and residences on the site. They are the ones paying the most, so when they colonise the “adult pool” - as the hotel terms it on its website - they are not asked to leave and three couples who remonstrate with staff on three consecutive days are told “it’s not an adult pool” and the presence of water guns, inflatables, swarms of febrile kids is ok. The best we got was a consoling “they leave in a couple of days” about a large and insanely noisy group from a former Russian republic. So did we. Pointing out assertions made on the hotel’s own website counted for nothing. We visited outside European school holidays but I guess it’s always half term somewhere in the world… We didn’t get the product or experience we paid the hotel to deliver. The fact they play loud music by the pool also grates and seems a bit tacky.

Not worth the price. Horrible customer service. We attended kinsterna as part of our honeymoon trip. The room, gardens, hotel & atmosphere are gorgeous however the customer service provided by reception/front of house & customer service staff is absolutely appalling. We asked reception staff a few questions throughout our stay and they never knew answers or weren’t willing to help/find out, super disengaged. We did 3 experiences during our stay - horse ride, cooking class & spa treatment. The horse ride was lovely, and the cooking class was the best with Stavros - he was such an amazing character and bought great energy (our highlight) However the spa experience was horrible, when explaining this to the staff upon checkout (the morning after the treatment) they just shrugged and said nothing they could do about it. I have emailed kinsterna in detail about the appalling treatment with no reply, I have followed up on my original email twice - it has now been over a week with no response. Considering the price you pay you would expect amazing customer service but this place falls short by a mile. Especially not replying to a complaint email, the cherry on top for the horrible customer service. I’m giving a star for Stavros & the dessert.

It really saddens me to write anything negative about such a beautiful property, but I do feel anyone expecting a 5 star experience is going to be disappointed. It is a 5 star structure, I had a very comfortable room, great view and serviced to perfection (room 21) but that is where it stops. The food offer is just terrible, I would not recommend eating there at all. Dirty torn menus, terribly cooked food and missing orders. Under staffing and lack of verbal communication made room service even harder. All food and drink very over priced for the standard served. Never enough pool towels, zero pool services, the longer I stayed the sadder I got. Maybe it’s a financial thing, I just hope they can get the problems sorted. I and my family wont be visiting again.
