First look was an unkept yard where the grass was at least 4 inches tall. Then when you walked into the lobby it was so hot you could hardly breathe. This had to be the worst motel we have ever stayed at.. Their breakfast did not exist. There was no coffee (he said the machine was broken and they were getting a new one) and the only food was two cold cereal choices and waffles (which were so runny) my husband tried them and ended up throwing them in the trash. Then you walk down to your room and the smell of cigarette smoke was present (this facility professes to be non-smoking). Then you get to your room and the bathroom is not as described in advertisement. The bathroom door had been crashed into and there were pieces of wood nailed to the door on both sides with the handle attached to the wood. There was also a smashed in part of the door inside the bathroom. I have never been in a motel where the stool was a child height stool. I am 5 feet tall and the top of stool lid came to mid-calf. This was supposed to be a handicap accessable room (NOT).  My husband asked for a refund for the second night and was told because we booked with ******* we could not cancel the second night.  We went to wash our hands and on the counter was a half-used shampoo/conditioner bottle. No full one anywhere. When my husband asked the attendant about this, he said he would just give us a new one. Make us wonder if the room had been thoroughly cleaned.
