Beautiful hotel

What an amzing find, unbelievable value in a really classy place Staff are amazing, food is excellent

ESPECTACULAR. MUY CÓMODO. VARIOS TIPOS DE ALMOHADAS. MUY RECOMENDABLE.

Location was convenient and the hotel was very nice. Our room was comfortable. We had dinner in the dining room and the meal was excellent.

We stayed for one night with our two dogs, we were heading off the next morning to Costa Blanca The breakfast was varied and tasty I would certainly recommend this hotel

The hotel stay overall was a good one. The room, staff, cleanliness, bar, food/breakfast and outside seating area were all very good. Pamplona isn't easy to get into unless you have a car. As an older property the rooms soundproofing isn't great.

We were given a sad looking room at first. Then, the head room cleaning person helped us get a better room.

A beautiful quiet property with lots of charm. Dinner on the terrace was very nice but the buffet breakfast was not very good. We paid more for it than at any other hotel on our trip but the selection was much smaller. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

A one night stop off en route home to UK. We had hoped to walk into Pamplona and explore but it was further than we realised and a bit too hot for our dog. Lovely hotel, obviously a popular wedding venue. Good parking and nice food for supper. Bar/cafe service during the afternoon was slow/hard to find a member of bar staff.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage yourself. Personnel sometimes forgets to bill you for certain things, so budget for extra waiting time at check-out. The cost of spa is not included in the price of stay (even if you are staying in a suite), so you will need to pay extra to use it. Breakfast is very poor in terms of choice and quality.

Hotel muy lindo pero les falta personal. Tienen poco staff que es muy amable pero insuficiente para ofrecer una atenciom adecuada sobretodo en el restaurante

The property is in the middle of nowhere. When we checked in we have not been explained anything about facilities and we didn’t use them. We didn’t know about the sauna until check out
