Very helpful staff. The staff make the place. Call beforehand to check if ****** is open. Trip.com had wrong number and a Taxi request failed. Please continue the music and BBQ. Change the prices a bit. Have more rain day options. Direct middle of Butwal and Lumbini. Not near bus FYI

I booked a honeymoon package for my nephew from 17th to 19th May. It was a surprise and gift for him from my side as I could not attend the wedding ceremony. As I have seen the pictures and videos which he forwarded to me. Room decor and towel art were very basic, however, my nephew liked it. Food, service and other facilities were good. Firstly, I live in the UK, so pounds instead of dollars should be a payment option. I had to pay in dollars, as suggested on reservation. It was debit card payment so it should have reflected the amount within 24 hours but it took around 3 days to reflect in their account, for that I had to contact Himalayan bank via email to get confirmation. The first breakfast was missed because no one told him the time of breakfast and what was included on th package. The second day package was on AP plan but the service staff told them that they are on MAP plan, I had to contact the reservation person again to sort it. Bishal Subedi was very polite, really nice sales man and very co-operative person who took this booking. He was the only point of contact for me at that time. Overall, comfortable stay but could be better as I didn't see any wow factor. Next year, I'm planning to come here on vacation, hope to see you soon. Bishnu

Good hotel to stay in bhairawa. Breakfast spread is one of the best in Bhairawa / butwal. Rooms are clean. Good and courtesy staffs, From reception to restaurants. Thank you Dikshya and team for the service.

an extravagant property with beautiful ambience and infrastructure. We received a wonderful hospitality at the resort. Very friendly and helpful team. The room was very pleasant, cozy and clean with a wonderful swimming pool view. Strongly recommend this resort.

i really liked the hotel this is my 5th visit at hotel but thos time i really liked the hospitality and the staff are so friendly i couldnt remeber much people names but i do remember one she was at the receptiondikshya and whole reception team and housekeeping team the pillow was the fluffiest i have ever felt and we were here with our friends we stayed there for 2 nights in this hotel. i will be visiting here soon till then keep doing good 😊

I stayed a single night, with a room next to the pool, near the Cabana restaurant. The room was very pleasant, comfortable and intuitive (no hunting for light switches). The hotel staff kindly brought a fruit bowl. Breakfast was very good, and the pool is huge ('the biggest in all of Nepal,' they said). The hotel was nearly empty - but perhaps this was because the Chinese Ambassador and Nepal's home minister were also staying - hence the large number of armed police and army guarding the hotel the hotel the night I stayed. What they made of my bird-watching peregrinations in the hotel's huge walled garden (and outside the hotel gates) first thing in the morning, I have no idea. One security guard shouted at me and blew his whistle at me to try and stop my birding, but this only annoyed me and made me more determined to carry on with my hobby (he nearly spoilt my stay, but was only doing his job). I saw 10 new species, so I was glad to have made the effort. The hotel staff were excellent, and the hotel is really spectacular - a world-class five-star hotel in a truly rural location just outside the city of Bhairahawa.

Had an amazing stay at Tiger Palace Resort. The staff is very courteous, accommodating and welcoming. Thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed our trip. The amenities, location and hygiene level is impeccable. Keep up the great work

Amazing service, well-appointed, with excellent facilities. The staff were of an international standard in professionalism, the bar and restaurants were fantastic, and the rooms were unlike anything I’ve ever stayed in Lumbini previously. The pool and massage services are wonderful as well.

Worst Staff. There is no hospitality. Manner less. If it was possible, I will give them a non-star. They are one of the unorganized illiterate people who doesn't know H of Hospitality are running the hotel business. If owner see this review by chance do some improvement. The staff in Top management are very rude.

I had an incredible stay at Tiger Palace Resort! The hospitality was truly exceptional, making me feel like royalty throughout my visit. The overall facilities left me in awe, from the stunning architecture to the well-maintained grounds. The staff members were not only courteous but also went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The only suggestion I have is that it would be even more delightful if they could expand their dinner options, as I believe their commitment to excellence could extend to an even more diverse culinary experience. Nonetheless, my time at Tiger Palace was a memorable and rejuvenating escape, and I can't wait to return for another exceptional getaway.

Hotels around the World should take lessons of this hotel regarding client service. Outstanding value for money, absolutely the place to stay when in Lumbini
