不好，房間很吵，收了100刀按金説是5日後退還。明明標説含早餐，但是沒有。

酒店上網差一點，到埗連線後上不到網；員工服務還好，衛生可以加強一點

非常滿意！下次再來！周圍購物吃飯啥的都挺方便。典型的汽車旅館，價格很不錯服務也很好，入住退房都很便捷。

位置不錯，旁邊超市購物方便

The location was convenient to get to from Ocean Beach. We liked the fact that the air conditioner was not located near our bed, like so many motel room layouts. We appreciated the operable, but lockable window, so that we could get a bit of fresh air in the room when we arrived. On the downside, the fan in the bathroom could use replacing. It created a bit of a roar.

I booked the 2 rooms online through *******. There was one price online which we thought it was pricy but when we got to the office to conoete our check in, it was $20 more the. we were asked for a $100 each room security deposit. It was refundable but it was the first time I had been asked for the deposit and Ive been in a much better hotel in Downtown SD and not asked for this fee. Anyway, we were looking for something near the zoo to spend the weekend. It was noisy, I couldnt sleep. The plus is that they did have good cable that helped wine down the kids at night for the next day. Traffic was heavy around this area. Overall it was ok, not that good for family if you’re looking for nice and cozy. I dont think I would go to this hotel again.

Stayed there last year as well - not much had changed. Excellent wi-fi & TV. Convenient to everything I wanted to do. No continental breakfasr howver, even thos the office apparently once had it. Quiet when the jets weren't flying (roughly 1030 PM - 7 AM). No rowdy guests.

The first surprize was $100 deposit over the usual day rate that would be returned within 5 days after we left. Never had this before. Beds were not made the day after our first night and no more coffee pods were left for the next morning. The room was clean and there were plenty of outlets for electronic devices.

Bath was full of ants bed was comfy though. The phone did not work to call the front desk. Doors could be updated to feel more secure when locking, felt like the lock didn’t lock properly but overall it was not in a bad area and well lit up at night.

The stay was nice and we could see the room is being renovated. The chair was too soft, we sank to the bottom and the bathroom door had plaster on it, trying to fill a hole in the door. The curtains had paint on it which was behind the door. There was only 1 chair in the room and no seat by the desk. The housekeeper was very pleasant and the front desk was nice.

The lobby was empty when I arrived and the whole place looked rundown. I worried about bedbugs. The desk clerk, when he finally came back to the lobby, tried to charge me an extra $100 for "security." I didn't feel comfortable and thought the place seemed unclean. I didn't stay.

In desperate need of repairs and revamps, tbis property is one of the few budget destinations in SD. The location is great since it is within walking distance to the Old Town transit centre which serves as a major hub for all SD destinations. Besides the location, not many positives for this place. The neighborhood feels unsafe with vagrants and transients all around (typical in other parts of SD too). The rooms have a distinct odor. WiFi is very spotty and highly unreliable. TV in my room didnt work and was never fixed although i complained about it right after check-in.

The clerk at sleeping in shifts so th was unfriendly, unhelpful and had zero customer service skills. After we checked into our room, we noticed that the large front window did not lock. Clearly a known issue as the mechanism was broken off and an attempt to secure the window was made by placing wooden dowels into the sliding part of the frame to block the window from opening. However, the dowels were now broken allowing the window to slide open enough for someone to fit in. Feeling unsafe and not having a proper way to secure our belongings, we went back to the front desk to ask to either switch rooms or have the window repaired, both to which the clerk said were not possible. His solution was for us to check out and find another hotel. At 9pm we were tired from a long day of traveling and now finally in our room we were told the only thing he could do was let us leave!. We spent the night sleeping in shifts so we could make sure no one entered our room through the window. There are many homeless and transients in the area. We kept the iron by the bed to use as a weapon if needed. The next morning we went back to the front desk to find a much more helpful man who had the window fixed within the hour.

The manager Mr. PATEL is extremely disrespectful and rude. I found 3 cockroaches in my room. I had to contact the Wyndham teacel booking line to get in touch eith the front desk because i couldnt leave my children in the room unattended. Plus the area was sketchy, so taking my kids out was a big no. I tell Mr. Patel about the roaches, and ask if we would be changed rooms. He responds with "no. I will talk to housekeeping." I advise that i am uncomfortable in the room because of the bugs i found. Mr. Patel responds " well you're still in there aren't you?! I said i would talk to housekeeping." Then he hangs up. Housekeeping comes with Mr. Patel saying " you supposedly found bugs right?" I say yes and realize the housekeeping is holding a brrom and dustpan only. No cleaner or mop. The housekeeping male was polite and advised he would bring the cleaner and mop after taking the trash out. However he never came back with them and i observed Mr. Patel speaking with him outside, literally telling him to go clean other rooms instead of bringing the cleaner and mop to mine. I even stated i would clean it myself if i can get the cleaner. The area was very shady and i kept hearing my room door being messed with throughout the night. Overall our experience was horrendous. Mr Patel should be fired for how he treats people! If you cant handle customer service then change carriers. No one is holding you to that job Mr. Patel. He literally made our experience so horrible.
