Fantastic find ,hotel on quiet side of the city, in jewellery quarter. The button factory next door is also great. Where you have your breakfast. We had dinner there too. Very nice. Matt the manager was very helpful and informative with any assistance we needed. Would recommend highly, plus would come again myself 👍👏👍👏

The townhouse is unique, the decor was lovely with great amenities. The staff were welcoming friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and the continental breakfast in the adjoined bar. The second floor landing is somewhat crumbly but it is an added charm. Eco friendly too!

A great place to stay in an area with lots of history. Great facilities too and a great welcome. The button factory next door had a great menu. The only small thing is that we had a front facing room, and it was an exceptionally hot day. We didn’t arrive until early evening (the checkin experience was fantastic) but our room was like a melting pot. Two fans were provided in the room, and without these on all night it would have been unbearable. If the curtains had been drawn during the day it’s likely that this could have been avoided - a small thing, but one that would have been very welcome and would also help reduce the property’s energy bill. That said we would definitely stay here again, the surrounding area has so much we want to explore.

Fantastic room! (No. 8) staff were so friendly upon arrival, room had everything you needed, tea, fresh ground coffee, kettle, cafetierre, dab radio, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, 2 fans! Toiletries - everything you could think of. Beautiful high ceiling and double windows to the front, very very comfortable bed. It was right next door to the bottom factory that just happened to be having their secret garden launch party, with live music and food, which was amazing! Would highly recommend staying here... Set in the jewellery quarter and a 10 minutes walk to Brindley place!

Unfortunately the mattress was far too soft and therefore we slept terribly and still have achy backs. The main light in the room also didn’t work.

Not handicap accessible. Room was tiny, but sufficient. Excellent help from the staff.

Great location, super friendly staff. Clean room and comfy bed. The music from Button Factory was loud but not so much as to disturb your sleep.

Friendly staff, lovely place and rooms. Informal and relaxed vibe. Will be back!

Room very clean and cosy and quiet

nice room and well maintained but no staff to help with little questions or non emergency stuff when the pub next door is closed ( doesnt open till midday) Also we were promised a breakfast bag to be hung on our door but this never arrived :(

Nice decor and great value

Outstanding one night stay -- staff super nice and helpful-- very comfortable and nicely firnished room with lovely extras such coffee, biscuits, bottled water, muesli pot etc. I asked for oat milk and it was provided instantly. Great bathroom, fab shower and thick fluffy towels.

Great room at the front of the hotel. Very spacious comfortable and clean. Staff really friendly and helpful.
