Good location. A new and clean hotel in Lethbridge. Loved the front desk service.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa, moderna e pulita. Buona la colazione e personale disponibile. Unica nota: viene effettuata una preautorizzazione di 250 dollari come cauzione, la nostra carta in quel momento non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto pagarla in contanti raddoppiando la cifra (500 dollari cash).

This property is listed with Tesla app as being a destination charger location with 2 Tesla chargers. That is why I booked this property. There are no chargers here. In fact finding a dc charger anywhere in Lethbridge was almost impossible. This is a very poor example for a major route to and from the US. Shame on Lethbridge.

The stay is always good. Unfortunately we went when there was a sporting tournament there was no where to park and the parking lots so small all the big trucks were taking up 2 stalls. Staff were very good at keeping the sports teams quiet. Only thing I would say wasn’t good was the breakfast. It was very bland and not very good. The juice was very watered down.

The hotel overall was great! The front desk staff were very nice and even moved our rooms so my friend and I who were checking in at the same time had rooms next to each other. We were able to use the pool and hot tub and no complaints at all there! We did have the breakfast and while it was overall great and there were even more options than expected, it would have been even better if there was some indication of what was gluten free for my friend. She asked one of the staff and was told that the eggs were not gluten free (even though after requesting to see the packaging it was clear that they were). They did offer her gluten free toast in a separate toaster though so that was really appreciated. Just a little bit more knowledge on contents of the food from the staff would be appreciated. Other than that we had an amazing time and definitely would stay again.

Très bel hôtel bien situé très propre avec un salle à manger offrant un déjeuner généreux et agréable. La piscine est également très intéressante en raison de son éclairage et de son équipement . Le personnel est accueillant et courtois.

I had an additional person charge, and that that was not there at the moment of booking. The person that checked me in gave me an incorrect amount when I asked how much my Credit Card was being charged, because of that it declined and it was announced loudly making people in the check in line up literally laugh about my situation, front person was rude and unsympathetic. This is the worst experience I have had checking into a hotel ever

Our room was in the middle of noisy teams and we had to switch rooms. Staff should have put us in a quiet room to begin with.

The breakfast was subpar. We were staying 2 nights and our room did not get cleaned after the first night. Danishes and scrambled eggs would have been nice at breakfast. Also to have it last till 10.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating when I visit monthly on business trips. Rooms are clean and updated.

Très propre.

I was a bit impatient initially because there were three customers before me, and I was so tired and hungry. There is only one staff member at the counter. But Debbie (the receptionist ) apologized before I even opened my mouth. So it melted my heart, and I forgot everything. But overall, I rated 9/10

Checked in, paid up and signed everything and then the front desk clerk informed us that the hot tub isn't working but they could provide us with a key to go across the parking lot to another hotel to use theirs (in windy Lethbridge, in January, brrrrrr, no thanks). It would have been really nice if that was mentioned before we paid and signed, so we could decide then if we wanted to just book somewhere else. The pool and hot tub were the main reasons that we booked. Went to our room and the heating unit was squealing. Called down to the very friendly desk clerk and he spoke with his manager and they did provide us with a full refund and we left, but what an inconvenience that was. Definitely won't ever be booking here again.

We stayed with the family and everything was amazing! The staff was kind and paid attention to everything. Recommended!!!
