第一印像是非常濃烈的煙味。 晾乾後，我看到腳部的床單下面有一個污漬，床單上有一些灰燼。 只有紙巾，沒有浴巾，沒有水壺，當然也沒有一瓶受歡迎的蘇打水。 後來我看到一樓有賣飲料的。 有些家具已經破損，修理不善，或是被艾丁亂畫。 絕對不推薦，即使接待人員非常有禮貌。

Disgusted with this hotels attitude. I booked 2 nights June 19th and 20th for £304.30. They have just messaged my to let me know that they can no longer honour my booking due to new management (I don't believe that they are under new management ) If I attempt to rebook the same hotel/dates/room it will cost around an extra £200. I believe they have cancelled my room because they want to make more money from the football European Championships. If that's the case, fine, go make more money but don't accept customers bookings 1st then cancel afterwards. If you are looking for accommodation during the European Championships, avoid this hotel as they might cancel your accommodation leaving you looking for somewhere else.

We booked this hotel on a non-refundable basis via a 3rd party website. I was aware that the area was reported to be 'a bit rough' but that's an understatement. Of course this isn't the fault of the hotel but others that are considering this hotel need to be aware that the area this hotel is in is VERY rough. We arrived around 2pm and even at that time there was a drug addict injecting himself right outside the hotel door! It was like this all day & every day. We stayed with children so this was a big worry, always looking over our shoulders & having to walk on the road instead of the pavement. Regarding the hotel itself, upon arrival we saw that the 3 stars on the Hotel sign were covered up, obviously they are not allowed to say they are 3 stars, because they clearly are not. The one good thing about this hotel was the man at reception who was very friendly. The room itself was in a pretty bad state. Definitely not cleaned to a high standard. Shower head disgusting, tiles hanging off, window handles missing, various power outlets not working, fridge not working, TV not working. At least the bed covers were clean & beds quite comfortable. We noticed that it is not possible to book a room directly on the City Hotel West website. When you try it says 'Hotel is not active'. That was a concern to us after we had already booked via a 3rd party. I emailed the hotel but never received a reply so I finally called them to confirm our booking. There is obviously a reason that bookings cannot be taken on their website. To conclude, the hotel cannot do anything about the location, but they can & should do something about the maintenance of the rooms. Many things do not work & they are not very clean at all. 100% advise against staying here

預訂並支付了四人房的費用。我的房間有兩張單人床拼在一起的。我的房間充滿了陳舊的煙味。房間裡有一台冰箱，如果能用的話就太好了。整夜持續的噪音。它位於城鎮的一個粗糙地區，但我已經知道了。圖片不是這家飯店！很骯髒。結果提早退房就回家了。

價格非常有競爭力，但沒有討價還價。你絕對得到你付出的代價。有時在夏季的周末，這裡還會舉辦極其喧鬧的街區派對，有數千人、DJ 和樂隊參加。凌晨兩三點前根本沒辦法睡覺。但也許你想下去加入！房間連基本標準都沒有。

I have booked the hotel for October over a month ago (in August). The hotel just cancels my booking a week before the check-in date, with no reason. Think twice before you book, which may cause you troublesome!!!

Diferentemente do que é mostrado no site do próprio hotel, as instalações são de uma espelunca, sujas, toalhas e roupas de cama sujas, localização em zona de ************ e trafico de drogas. As fotos mostradas no site do hotel NÃO SÃO DO City Hotel West Frankfurt, localizado na Moselstrasse 35, Bahnhofsviertel, 60329 Frankfurt. Portanto, muito cuidado!!!

Desde el primer momento en el que pones el pie en el hotel sabes que nunca vas a olvidarlo y que ese viaje a Frankfurt va a ser especial. Intento explicarlo en varios puntos, aunque siempre me quedaré corto: • Te olvidas del COVID-19. En el avión íbamos un poco asustados por el COVID… pero en cuanto dejamos la maleta en la habitación, la verdad es que nunca más volvió a ser una preocupación para nosotros. • Iniciativas colaborativas. Hace un tiempo estuve en un hotel donde te dejaban un libro y, fomentando la colaboración desinteresada, te pedían que a cambio dejaras algo para los próximos clientes. Aquí hacen igual, y encima del radiador nos dejaron un par de calcetines deportivos. Lástima que fueran de mujer y éramos todo hombres, pero en cualquier caso se agradece el detalle adicional de dejarlos ahí para que estuvieran calentitos. • Ambiente exclusivo. Al estar rodeado de clubs de alterne, tiendas de ropa erótica y ***********, puedes llegar a pensar que te vas a encontrar lo mismo en el hotel, pero no es así. Puede que te cruces con alguna prostituta en el pasillo de recepción o que escuches una peleilla de enamorados, pero, al menos en nuestro caso, toda la gente a la que vimos drog**** fue en la acera y nunca dentro del hotel. En el ascensor tampoco encontramos a ningún mendigo durmiendo. • Propuesta de entretenimiento. Apostando por el live-action, desde la habitación tienes representaciones de acción, terror, drama social, esperpento e incluso algo de pornografía con simplemente abrir las cortinas. Yo creo que es la primera vez que no he puesto la televisión ni un segundo. No sabría decir ni si había mando a distancia ni si en la programación que no vimos había algo de crimen, pero es muy probable que sí. • Cuidados dermatológicos. Apuestan por tratamientos de crioterapia en sus baños no calefactados. El frío intenso de esa estancia ayuda a luchar contra el envejecimiento e incluso a destruir el tejido enfermo. Todos los de la habitación, incluyendo a una pequeña cucaracha que nos acompaño en el baño, salimos con una piel envidiable. • Además, en Frankfurt se fuma en los bares, y hay que tenerlo en cuenta! Me recordaba mucho a cuando en España se podía, y al llegar a casa tenía que lavar la ropa para quitar el olor a tabaco. Aquí no hizo falta. Para evitar la complicación logística de lavar la ropa en mitad de un viaje, el aroma al mejor tabaco ***** de los 80 te acompaña en sus suites dotando la estancia de un toque vintage inesperado. En resumen, gracias City Hotel-West. Reforzar la importancia de querer seguir viviendo es un gran primer paso y una gran conclusión para un viaje de un fin de semana. Sé que no soy el único que al volver a casa el domingo abrazó a su familia como no lo hacía desde hace mucho tiempo.
