Loved the room. Amenities were great. The only thing challenging was how confusing it was to get the key. It’s more like an Air BnB. Thankfully my phone worked and they answered the phone and gave me instructions to get the key. It’s a stand alone silver door with a keypad for a code to release the key into the tray. They had an espresso machine and tea kettle. Could have used black tea, only had green/herbal tea. Nice mini bar though. Beautifully decorated and fluffy robes and slippers. Not far from Altstadt 😊

I booked this room for clients of mine. I am a travel planner. The price was good. So was the location and so I decided to try. I got messages and instructions on self check in and thought, these Austrians are really freaked with the COVID story because the same happened in Salzburg, reduced reception hours and so. They answered that they had converted commercial spaces and no reception. Different concept. Well, it was amazing. The location unbeatable, THe room comfortable, good sized, sparkling clean and everything super clear, we didn’t miss having people to direct our movements. Would stay again in a heartbeat and do recommend it.
