阿瓜斯卡連特斯機場希爾頓歡朋套房酒店的評論

Excelente hotel para quienes necesitan la cercanía con el aeropuerto internacional de Aguascalientes. La habitación es amplia y agradable. Incluye un sofá cama en caso de necesidad. El baño limpio y espacioso. El microondas y la cafetera son sumamente convenientes. En general, todo excelente. El precio también es razonable. Muy recomendado.

El hotel en general está muy bien, sin embargo la habitación es pequeña y dificulta la movilidad de los huéspedes si son más de dos personas. El desayuno bastante completo y variado. Excelente el servicio de los recepcionistas.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, instalaciones, personal, todo excelente, me encantó, sin duda regresaré.

Estuvo todo bien solo deverian de tener mas horarios para el aeropuerto en las mañanas hoy casi pierdo el avión por que solo tenían transporte alas 3:30 y 5:30am. Deberían agregar otro alas 4:45am o 5:00am

El servicio en general excelente, el personal muy amable. Los alimentos de buffete muy ricos y para todos los gustos. La habitación cómoda y limpia, el único detalle que las almohadas estaban algo sucias y no muy cómodas como en otros de sus hoteles de la misma cadena.

Las instalaciones les falta mantenimiento, sobre todo en el área de la alberca, (camastros rotos), pedí al reservar un día después cambio de habitación y no me lo quisieron dar, cuando al llegar el hotel estaba casi vacio el personal la mayoría muy apáticos e indiferentes con los huéspedes en pocas palabras no lo recomiendo y no me volvería a hospedar ahí

After spending many trips at this hotel, I have observed a reduction in the quality and attentiveness. The hotel is in a great location for travelers. However the trucks park on the side of the road all but blocking the entrance. The overall condition of the hotel was good but not as pristeen as with previous visits. The parking was difficult with a lack of space in the front of the hotel. It seems that he occupancy of this hotel is a bit low for the size which keeps the noise down.

The check-in member was polite and helpful. The small restaurant was convenient, but the service was awful. The server got our order wrong after several repetitions of what we wanted. We had to ask for our drinks twice once our food was served because he never came back until bringing us food and it was partially wrong food. It took so long to get I ate the food anyway and just picked the meat off the pizza...which I don't eat.

We were pleasantly surprised on how clean and spacious our room was at this hotel. I didn’t really have high expectations but loved everything about this hotel. I will definitely return to stay here again.

Que reparen el 2º elevador, un hotel de 7 pisos con una ocupacion como la que hubo del 9-10 de Junio es muy tedioso tener que esperar el unico elevador funcional

The hotel was a good stay overall. The restaurant and food service was not available when we got there. The hotel did not appear to have many guests. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the TV carried the US football games (although the commentary was in Spanish). Overall this is a good hotel stop when going through this part of Mexico.

Baño sucio con cabellos de huesped anterior. No había agua caliente en la mañana.

NO HABIA PERSONAL DE SEGURIDAD PARA ACCESO A LA PROPIEDAD Y ES UNA ZONA ALEJADA Y SOLA
