Endroit vétuste. Le porte manteau est décelé du mur, la poignée de la porte de la salle de bain reste limité dans les mains. L’évier est bouché…le petit déjeuner avec du pain et des viennoiseries tout secs… bref…établissement à rénover sans attendre

Stayed here as an overnight stop before flying from Geneva. I've used Ibis budget before hence staying here, wasnt expecting the Ritz but clean would be nice. Room was on the ground floor and smelt terribly of smoke as if the previous occupant had chain smoked out the window. Have a feeling is common practice as the moment you enter the ground floor corridor it can be smelt and burn marks inside the washroom. Slept with the window open all night but could still smell in the morning. Rooms could do with an update.

Bon petit déjeuner, bon prix, parking gratuit, accessible 24/24. Manque de propreté dans les détails, entre lit et sommier par exemple, le matelas, dans le wc, pas de poubelle dans la chambre. Globalement bon pour court séjour.

Le chauffage de la chambre 219 ne fonctionne pas, il a fait très froid impossible de dormir correctement.

Chauffage ventilation ne marche pas il faisait très froid .

The check in went really slowly because of a system problem. Took at least half an hour. After some unsuccessful attempt we finally could enter in our rooms but half an hour later the electricity has gone. After few hours there were NO electricity in the whole hotel and the rooms without the air-condition started to getting really hot (outside temp 39 Celsius). We asked the receptionist who said she can't promise the electricity will come back. So we decided to move out and try to find another hotel. I wrote to the hotel manager via the e-mail address I got in the hotel and to the official Accor Customer Care asking a refund. The ACC just passed the problem to the hotel manager who never replied. So no IBIS, no ACCOR hotels for us in the future. The worst experience in my life!

Hôtel simple et bien situé avec réception ouverte toute la nuit

Chambre vétuste et très sale ! Si nous n'avions pas déjà payé, nous serions partis juste après notre première nuit tellement la chambre était dans un état ignoble. C'est inadmissible d'oser vendre une prestation pareille. Le premier matin, la femme de chambre a frappé pour demander si on avait besoin de changer le linge, nous avons demandé que la poubelle soit vidée (nous avons un petit avec des couches) : elle nous a tendu deux poches poubelles et voilà, notre chambre était faite ! Incroyable ! Par ailleurs, la majorité du personnel ne répond pas quand on leur dit bonjour. Nous n'avons jamais connu cela.

Bon accueil par le personnel. Passable pour un cours séjour, autrement je déconseille à cause de l’état de la chambre.

trés bon rapport qualité prix , par contre cet hotel est difficile a trouver meme avec GPS , car pas de signalétique exterieure !! dommage !

Not our first time staying in any type of Ibis brand 3 time in à Ibis Budget. But never experience such a place It is falling apart As you walk in there is such an awfull smell and it looks run down the man at reception was very pleasant . As we walk to our rooms it was a disaster smell of humidity and old wood and the cigarette smell We walk in our room and the non smoking policy never applied before. The AC turn on was not even covering the entire smell of cigarette ot the damp door of the walls. Walk in a bathroom that was so old and stains all over of this yellow Color The many stains and holes on wall were not pleasant . This particular hotel is in a busy double lane accès non friendly for us as we took transit . I dint understand how this place can hold the Accord name brand . When u fall asleep and you wake up coughing it is not. Avoid sign Why is ********** selling this hotel in particular

Différent de d’habitude

We have only stayed one night but, overall was ok for 1 night but the room was old and rusty in the bathroom. Not the cleanest but passable. Quite small ,but again for 1 night cant comaplain too much. Parking is a bonus as it was free parking and free wi fi
