乾淨，衞生，服務到位，值得推薦。

1.酒店設施還不錯，應有盡有，房間整體寬敞乾淨 2.酒店位置不好，從地鐵出來其實挺遠的，而且全程都是上坡路，提着行李走了十幾分鐘的上坡路，非常奔潰 3.服務非常差，差到極致，服務員前台態度極其差，希望酒店管理者好好培訓和評估一下酒店人員的質量 由於2和3，不推薦這家酒店，強烈不推薦

The entire stay was great, no hiccup or any problems, room service was fast and efficient, will stay here again the next time I visit, the only slight minor downside is the hill, but it isn’t a big deal, just a few steps

地理位置很好，房間設施齊全，交通便利，周圍飲食選擇非常多，整體很好。

Wonderful service from concierge to Hoise keeping ,.!Stayed at Sheraton numerous times. Special thanks to check in officer and Sheraton Club staff - Me Leung and Eleven for their attentiveness and service. Comment :- Time for a periodic renovation and changing the room carpets which are getting dirtier.

位置在一個70度的坡上，拉行李箱別來了。不如選下面路面的皇悦酒店，大家來玩，白天都在外面，香港酒店普遍小，不要折騰了。

房間鬧中取靜，我覺得很好，性價比很高，就是唯一一點酒店門口的路是斜坡，挺吃力

在香港，這種房間面積算好了。服務態度非常好，地點也好，也乾淨，非常方便。下次來還會訂。謝謝🙏

To whom it may concern (Trip.com.hk) Our two clients are frequent guests who have been choosing the same hotel for years. However, they commented that the hotel rate at HK$1693.45/room which have been booked at least 1 month before check-in. By comparison to the other reservation apps like *********** or agoda.com, the rate booked with Trip.com is comparatively higher. 酒店可以，乾淨 第二次住這個酒店了

鬧中取靜的酒店，而且房間不小，設施也很新，非常不錯。13樓還有個天台，還不錯的酒店，稍微要爬一下一段小坡，拿行李的一定要考慮從坡的中間段左轉進邊門，有電梯直達G層大堂。很貼心的安排了轉換接口。就是現在旺季有些小貴，接近1k per night，不過衝著這空間，也還是值得的

This was a beautiful hotel, the rooms were large and the beds very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed and the bathroom was clean and stylish. I would stay here again. The location was also great, you could walk to a lot of attractions.
