ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! I haven’t stayed at this hotel but that’s because they cancelled the booking 2 weeks before my mum was supposed to be staying here for my wedding day. We booked this hotel last year before they got all these bad reviews! This hotel is also associated with blue suites and lignos hotel. Do not book this hotel.

Absolutely amazing apartments if you are planning a divorce or breaking up with your lady. Utterly disappointing stay in Santorini, only activity saving us from this hotel hell was the one day trip to Oia. FYI: one hour before check in, we received a message in Booking stating that our hotel reservation in A&G Suits was changed to another one, Hotel Hellas. The room was not equivalent for what we had paid for, so forget about refund Pathetic facilities. The rooms in Hotel Hellas remind me of a Soviet prison cell. I wish my enemies not to experience such horror.

BEWARE OF BOOKING HERE Booked two rooms for 2 couples. We arrived but there were no rooms available. Also we had lots of problems with the money side of things - debited our account twice, refusing to return the money until we arrived at the hotel, still taking 15 days before it was returned, that was after involving our bank and booking. Com.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AND ALL ASOCIATED HOTELS We turned up for our booking in June 2024 to be told that our booking which we booked a year ago & we were charged twice for the one booking & were told to sort it out on our arrival, we arrived to be told that our booking was for 2 rooms and 2 people (not true we were 2 couples 2 rooms) so they had to put us in another hotel. English became an issue when they were questioned, we transported to another hotel of lesser quality (no refund of the difference in price) and left to it. they are rude and this is how they operate its a scam dont book taxis with them as they clip the ticket all the way- they fleece you and dont care about it. We did finally get the refund back after getting in touch with our booking agent 12months later and had to deal with it while on our trip very disappointed and feeling let down by booking agents who have this business and other hotels associated with them on their books

Booked in at A&G Suites AKA Blue Suites not given Deluxe room with Jacuzzi as booked; apparently there was a problem with it, 2 days later the same room was being advertised!! Provided accommodation elsewhere. Not meaning to sound ungrateful but had read other reviews saying the same thing beforehand and had contacted them about having a room with Jacuzzi. The use of Jacuzzi was going to be a treat to ourselves and we were both disappointed. Other rooms we saw also had private Jacuzzi but not offered one of those at Blue Suites. Noticed the original room at A&G Suites was advertised as available from 4th-7th July when we were still in Santorini. If you advertise a particular room your Guests should have been provided with the original Booking as agreed that I had paid for well in advance. The Blue Suites female Receptionist offered me my money back, what were we supposed to do having arrived in a new place!! The other Hotel had lots of steps and very bad internet. False advertising should not be permitted and I am not satisfied with the way Blue Suites in Santorini dealt with my complaint. Avoid at all costs unless you don't mind ending up elsewhere.
