This was my first visit to Southern Ireland, this hotel we booked after a google search. The hotel is a lovely place to stay the 2 owners go out of their way to look after their guests, the internal decor is immaculate and the rooms are more than adequate, very organised and very clean and fresh. The location is within easy reach of town and close to tourist attractions. The grounds are well kept and are a lovely location to sit and watch the world go by. The breakfast is cooked fresh and is served quickly and there is a lot choose from. It really sets you up for the day. There is off road parking which is secure. I will definitely be.coming back there are some.lovely places to visits and walks to do, the parks and old houses to visit are great, we loved the deers and lakes. Great place to stay

Stayed here during a night out in NCW. Carmel & Charlie are amazing, made me feel like I'd been staying there for years. The house is beautiful, it's like something out of a storybook. It's not modern, no way, but that's it's charm, plus no amount of bells and whistles beats proper hospitality. The plasterwork on the ceilings and cornicing is like something from a stately home. I will definitely stay again, even if I don't need to .... ❤

We stayed here for 1 night in July. Pluses: -Tea, coffee, plus kettle in the room - Free included Irish breakfast Minuses: - The B&B is in the middle of nowhere on a long rural highway between a small town and a touristy area (Adare and Limerick). That single road is quiet by the B&B, but congested with constant traffic if you try to drive to Limerick. - Nothing is in walking distance; good pubs in the town are hard to find -Wifi is spotty -House and rooms are a bit old-time-musty B&B...very pink, very lacy, and filled with religious artwork. YMMV. Overall, I would stay closer to Limerick.

Ciò che abbiamo amato di più in questo luogo sono stati i proprietari: davvero splendidi e molto cordiali. La colazione è servita da loro e potete chiedere sia quella di tipo continental che quella tipica irlandese. Noi purtroppo avevamo una stanza con i letti separati e non un letto matrimoniale e il bagno era dopo un piccolo spazio che dava anche su un'altra camera e la porta che separava il nostro spazio dal resto della casa non si chiudeva, però si poteva chiudere la camera da letto. L'arredamento è fine,ma il bagno è in stato originale e alla vasca è stata aggiunta solo una doccetta. In generale va bene per fermarsi una notte. Il giardino all'inglese è molto carino.
