Was there in July 2023 Plus for: Location near busses and about 30 minutes walking to old city. Staff are nice and helpful. Minus for: The rooms are bad, sound isolated, and need to be upgraded, and a renovation of the rooms will make the hotel much better.

I don't usually write reviews, but I did want to write about L Plaza as the previous reviews are not exactly encouraging. Although it's approximately half an hour walk from the sites, it was worth it. I enjoy walking around, but the metro and the bus stations are close by for those not interested/able to walk. The staff were friendly and the hotel was impeccably clean. I received fresh toiletries everyday. The breakfast buffet is the same everyday, but I was okay as the quality was fine (fresh milk and salad, good oil used to fry eggs and nuggets). The internet was good and despite previous reviews, the elevator was in perfect working condition. And oh, I was on the 10th floor, the view from my room was beautiful! But Tbilisi is quite scenic so .. All in all, my stay was quite pleasant.
