Its an amazing hotel and resort to stay with friends or family. The staff are really well-behaving. At 2 of my dinners, 2 staffs named Suborna and Imrana served us. I must say both of them was really warming and nice. Overall, had a great experience.

Huge big rooms, very comfortable hotel, friendly staff. Must mention Lubna who was professional and helpful. The hotel looks slightly jaded. Also the entrance is horrible. The Hotel has its reception on the 5th floor which you access through an old rickety wobbly lift. The roof top swimming pool is a big disappointment. Despite being a small tub sized pool, they close it for the flimsiest of reasons. The breakfast too does not inspire and could do with a makeover. Nevertheless for Sylhet city, I would recommend this hotel as the GO-TO hotel!

Me and my wife with their for breakfast buffet so much. they have a great selection of breakfast items. All the staffs were Really nice and well mannered, especially Shimu Gazi. She is fantastic and an asset to the company. I would recommend this to my friends and family for sure.
