Nam Cuong Hotel-Hai Duong酒店非常漂亮,所有主題都很方便。酒店房間有點舊但是很乾淨,工作人員很專業,校園非常寬敞。我真的很喜歡乾淨的房間和齊全的設施,然後我們辦理登機手續。乾淨,緊湊,漂亮的織物。食物和服務都非常專業。工作人員和管理人員非常細心地照顧客人,尤其是對食物和飲料非常瞭解。我們真的很喜歡Skybar上的“ 1”飲料。水療中心也很棒,希望我們有機會回到這裏!致以珍妮佛·哈瓦

前台服務不好，挺死板的。有點辛災樂禍的欺負外地客。 地理位置偏，吃不方便。

세월이 많이 된듯한 호텔이지만 관리가 잘되기 있어서 위생은 문제가 없다 하지만 맹장고으 소음이 심하고 티비가 화질이 나빠서 아쉬웠다 냉장고는 새벽에 전원을 끄고 잠을잤다

My stay at the Purple Lotus Hotel was wonderful. This is a new and very clean hotel and my ”Junior Apartment” was very clean, comfortable, spacious (living area with kitchenette and sperate bedroom), and affordable. The free breakfast had a lot of different food items from which to select and was delicious. I also had dinner in the hotel restaurant for two evenings which was also very good. But the best part of my stay was the customer service. Prior to my arrival, the hotel staff arranged a car service to pick me up at the airport in Hanoi and bring me to the hotel. After my stay at the hotel I planned to go to Ha Long Bay (a beautiful UNESCO site) because it's not too far away. Again the hotel arranged my car service transportation to Ha Long Bay and then also from Ha Long Bay to the airport in Hai Phong. They coordinated pickup times and locations with me even two days after I had already checked out of their hotel - it was the fantastic staff at Purple Lotus Hotel that made my travel plans a success and my stay in their hotel a great experience!
