底特律切斯特菲爾德鎮歡朋套房酒店(Hampton Inn & Suites Detroit/Chesterfield Township)

Pool was colder than normal. Literally shiverred going in it. Went twice and never any bath towels available. But staff was EXCELLENT. They did their best but.... when we arrived at 3pm to check in, NO rooms were clean. Only had 3 cleaning staff according to the front desk person. So we sat around, then finally went out shopping for awhile until our room was ready. Overall a good hotel, was clean and nice hotel.

The hotel was close to all types of shopping. The rooms were big and clean. The pool was wonderful. The breakfast was your average buffet but lots of options. The staff was fabulous & super friendly. We will definitely be coming back.

Really enjoyed the fact the property has adult only swim times in the morning and the evening. Great feature that I haven’t ran across before and was appreciated when we we’re on a quick holiday without our children.

Ive stayed here a few times now. A Choice since i have stayed in the area multiple times a year for the last 10 years! This hotel is clean and beautifully looked after. My star rating is fir the lady at the fron desk that i litterly had to argue with to get a blanket for the sofa bed. I under stand the sofa has a blanket but it is thin and not sufficient for this weather. We needed another or a real comforter should be supplied. She said people steal them. Well im sorry but im paying to sleep in a hotel in a bed with proper blankets. I told her id pay for it. I finally told my friend on the couch ill go buy her one at the store. When i was standing there asking for a simple item that should've be handed over promptly and swiftly at a hilton brand hotel. Super disappointing. A very simple request. Ive always enjoyed this hotel. Sad my perspective was changed over this experience.

No water pressure to shower was a huge turn off. Up until that point, I had nothing bad to say about the place. Other guests told me there was air in the line and they had to do sink wash ups

Hotel in general needed a good cleaning! Several carpet stains in room and very dingy looking. Dining seats for continental breaks badly stained too. Not what you’d expect from a Hilton brand.

Room was large and clean. I was disappointed that the wireless was down the entire time I was there.

Was a very nice place, clean and what you would expect from a nice hotel.

The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable the property was spotless room was quiet and breakfast was awesome👍
