Solamente el baño la taza estan raras la forma de echar el agua solo de abajo sale y el mio no tenia extractor. Y para limpiar la taza Y demasiado reduction los cuantos de dos camas Todo lo demas estubo super bien

Hubo problema con los elevadores varias veces y por largas horas

Great stay near the Rodeo Arena. It is far from any dining options. The pool is outside and only open during the season.

We got there late and was very tired from a long drive. Staff could have been a little friendlier but they were not rude.

I am very upset about the parking. The last time I stayed in your Inn, I was not told that I had to scan to park and received a $60.00 parking ticket. I would like to know why you have to pay to park. I feel that should be part of the cost of the room. I do not think I will stay there again. I feel the cost of the room should cover the cost of parking.

There was an undisclosed parking fee. This actually made the hotel more expensive than advertised. The fruit at breakfast was very warm.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when we had issues with the TV (you may want to include instructions on how to work the TV with the other info provided with the key card). We are local, but we wanted a getaway and went to an event at the rodeo center, so staying at the hotel was convenient. The only complaint I have is being charged for parking. I understand the issues with parking because of the convention center/rodeo events, but charging guests at the hotel is not the solution. I recommend a placard or something else to identify that the car belongs to a PAYING guest at the hotel. The only time I have ever had to pay for parking is when it is located in a downtown area. Please go back to free parking. Other than that, the stay was SUPERB.

The TVs were difficult to set up custom media on. It took all day just to get a Chromecast on it. The bed and sofa were uncomfortable to lay on for long periods of time. We had to cut our stay short because my partner was waking up with back pain from their king bed.

The staff was more than spectacular and the room was great. Words don’t describe how great our stay was. Keep up the good work
