納維斯奧雅水療套房酒店(Canaves Oia Suites - Small Luxury Hotels of the World)

This was such an exquisite hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at how amazing we were treated and how we were catered to our entire stay. The wonderful staff and Greek people were so kind to us and accommodating, we felt like family. Everyday was a treat for us to wake up and spend the day either on excursions on the island , spending time at the hotel relaxing in the amazing infinity pool and booking wonderful massages. There are no words to describe how incredibly we were treated. Joanna went above and beyond her call of duty, and I feel became a true friend to me ; and Stella provided the most relaxing wonderful massage I could have ever asked for. From the time we booked this hotel last year … Lilyana in Reservations , Marina in the concierge department , to the rest of the staff at the front desk and the gentleman waiters serving our breakfast every morning……this hotel is top notch!! Best of the best in my opinion. Thank you also Dimitris for being so kind and welcoming us to your wonderful hotel. We had the vacation of a lifetime and hoping to visit again soon. We were so sad to leave the beautiful hospitality of your hotel and all of your amazing staff. We will remember all of them by name because they have made a monumental imprint on our hearts. Perfeito. O hotel é excelente, as meninas da recepção são muito atenciosas e ajudam no que for preciso, a cama é confortável, o banheiro ótimo. A piscina do quarto é pequena mas deliciosa, com uma vista maravilhosa do mar. Há duas piscinas, uma delas já disponível cedinho para tomar sol, já que a área ao redor da outra está ocupada pelas mesas do café da manhã. Café da manhã à la carte, com muita variedade. A localização do hotel é muito boa, logo no comecinho da rua principal. O hotel providencia transfer se necessário, o que funciona muito bem. Só elogios!

For the price we have paid, Canaves Oia Suites is the worst ever hotel room we have stayed in all of our travel. We have stayed in a lot of luxurious hotel previously but never one so bad. We booked a 2 bedrooms suite, stayed in Sept 2023 for 3 nights. I would like to start with: Cons 1) We were all very disappointed with the room given. It does NOT at all match the pictures we have seen on the website. 2) Room is Slightly dusty; Bedsheets are of low quality, rough and not comfortable. 3) It is located at an area where your next door neighbor looked like a restaurant which doesn't belong to the hotel as it has another name. On some nights, there were full of people partying outside the restaurant. Some people even sat just outside our room, staring directly into our room forcing us to immediately closed all windows. It was noisy the whole night. 4) Dip pool- Our neighboring room has a slightly bigger dip pool outside their room, our tiny dip pool enough for one is located inside the room next to the main door. The dip pool in the room is totally not usable. 1 quarter of the small tiles at the bottom of the pool have already dropped off and someone had collected these loose tiles and piled them up on top, at the side of the pool. Potential hazard for any human beings. The side of the pool is SO DUSTY that once my wet hands touched the area, the water on my hand turned greyish black. Yuks! How can Canaves Oia Suite even alow guest to have such a room. My goodness! Seemed like this pool has not been cleaned for a Long Long time. We only discovered all these about the pool on the very last day, a couple of hours before we checkout as we were too busy doing activities outside. We thought we should use this tiny pool at least once before we leave. Oh my, it left us a very very bad impression. Btw, the water in there feels stale. I dipped in for there less than a minute and I was out fearing that I may get an infection if I were to stay any longer. 5) Now comes to the worse ever housekeeping for a hotel in this category, - There were 4 of us but were only given 3 bottles of water each day. They do not replenish your shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, water, etc till you made a request for them. The night before we checked out, we were packing our bags. We left a lot of our stuff on the bed that no one has slept on it yet after the house keeping has made it in the morning, We have spread out quite a lot of our things on the bed in order to sort them out before putting into the luggage bags. At this point, I was told that our dinner appointment at Petra (their only restaurant) is due. So we left the room as it is. Thinking that we will continue packing upon return from dinner. When we returned from our dinner, we were shocked to see all the things on the bed had been cleaned up (disappeared). I couldn't remember what we place on the bed as there were too many things. Normally in this case, most housekeeping will pack your things
