邁諾特索尼斯塔精品酒店(Sonesta Essential Minot)

I’ve said here when it was owned by the previous owners and enjoyed the stay, do I rebooked under the new owners. Check in was great until they informed me that the pool and hot tub were out of order. I booked because it was apparently in working order. Front desk staff said the hotel was dead, yet the first night we listened to stomping and noise above us most of the night. Our room was dusty, and we found empty bottles of liquor in the room and had dead bugs everywhere. Our upstairs neighbours kept us awake the second night, by then I’d had enough and had to call the front desk several times to complain. They wanted to move us in the middle of the night instead of dealing with the upstairs neighbours causing the issue. Im honestly not sure I’d rebook here.

Was a great stay except for the little trouble with the keys. Only worked about 5 times and then back to front desk to get reset.

Check in was fast. All people where curtious . Room was very clean as was the hotel in general. Very good breakfast.

We really liked the hotel and the staff. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were shut down and the heat wasn’t working properly in the first room we had. And the heat also wasn’t working in the halls and lobby area. Staff were very kind and pleasant.

The beds are old and uncomfortable. Good was good. Room was clean and big. The pool and hot tub were shut down and weren’t back running before we left after two nights. The hot tub had scum on top of the water and it stunk in the whole area so I doubt they will be running any time soon

Hot tub was not working. Woke to no water in our room. Couldn’t even flush the toilet. Disgusting.

Very nice facilities. Staff was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Snow over the sidewalks by side doors making it hard to walk.

Love the Christmas decorations. Very warm and comfortable.
