聖谷家園酒店(Sacred Boutique Hotel)

1박을 하였습니다. 늦은 시간에도 체크인을 친절하게 해주셨어요. 방도 에어콘도 팬도 잘되어 있어서 시원했어요. 화장실조 암창 넓었습니다. 호텔 곳곳에 앤틱한 소품들과 인테리어가 너무 좋았습니다.

Hotel Sacred Boutique is located on very peace environment. If you’re planning to enjoy your holiday, this is the best hotel I’ll like to recommend for everyone of you. All the staffs were friendly with their customers. They will provide you a feeling of staying in your own home.

Hotel located in thamel,jyatha is very quite and peace. I went there with my family for recreational purpose and it was the best. All the staffs were very kind and friendly towards the guest. I’ll like to recommend everyone to visit here once if you’re in Kathmandu.

The hotel welcomed us warmly. The staff were incredibly hospitable and nothing was a bother. The rooms are basic in decor, and the breakfast was fine. The showers were hot, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. It is well located in Thamel and surprisingly quiet. The cappuccino served with breakfast (or any time of day) was a lovely addition and the lounge downstairs a pleasant place to chill. We were a family of 5 - including 3 adult children. We all had a very positive experience at Sacred Boutique and would recommend them to anyone travelling to Kathmandu.

The staff were extraordinarily kind and helpful and had good etiquette. It was a short stay but they made it very comfortable for us to stay for that short period of time. The breakfast was the best. Very healthy and clean breakfast. They even helped us book cabs and service was five star. Even the location is at a great place just in the middle of the hotspot hub close to every famous place of Nepal

The staff is outstanding helping with everything i needed. Hotel is very close to thamel but on quiet street . Great night sleep on soft big bed with ac or heat. Hotel has recently been updated with excellent hot showers and good wifi. All food i had was great . Beautiful antiques in the lobby from store next door

Apparently this hotel has changed management, so none of the old reviews actually apply any more. They said they hadn't updated the description yet. I was not how I expected from the reviews. The first room I got was cold and dark, so I was shown another room which looked nicer, until I realised it had not been cleaned after a previous guest, there was rubbish and books left and the bed had not been changed so I went back to the first room but when I noticed how dirty it was and how hard the beds were I actually complained. So I was shown to a 3rd room, which had a soft king bed and felt warmer. It was ok. However, it was quite run down, and needs to be re-decorated. The towels were not clean. I know the hospitality business has had a tough time in Nepal so I feel for them and the guys were really nice and helpful trying to accommodate me. But whoever is their manager, he/she needs to update the description of the place to avoid unrealistic expectations from future guests.

The staff were were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very confortable. Very close to restaurants and stores on Thamel. I was very satisfied with the service in general, and on a future return to Kathmandu I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed in February 2019 and September and October 2022. Hotel and rooms very clean and daily housekeeping. Staff all very nice and helpful. Hot water erratic, you need to use hot water when it is heated and before everyone else uses it (early afternoon seems best time). Buffet breakfast erratic, sometimes have a selection, sometimes nothing much. Food service slow. I ordered a meal for dinner thinking I was supporting the hotel, they didn't seem very happy about it, took an hour and a half and was not good, nobody appeared to order dinners there. Make sure you book a room through a booking site. Request a room with a balcony. I made the mistake of booking my room directly with the hotel (thinking this would save them the booking fees) - they forgot about my booking and Iwhen I arrived denied that I booked, until I pointed it out in their booking diary. They told me they wouldn't give me a good room because I had not booked through a booking site. I was put in a room that had a brick wall against the window and no light in the kitchen/service corridor area. Noisy from 6am to midnight every day. In 2019 I booked large adjoining rooms with a booking site and my son and were told that wasn't available and we were put into a tiny room together which was not what we paid for. If I stay again, I will book through a booking site and not pay upfront until I see the room they are giving me.
