Everything from the unique decor, friendly staff, fantastic food, meeting rooms, was the best of the best!

Stayed a few days for business and wound up wishing it was longer and that my family was with me to enjoy it. A beautiful and unique historic building that has cool surprises at every turn. Warm and inviting rooms and staff, great food and drinks, and situated in a walkable area with much to see.

The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. I've never had a stay like this at any hotel. The kindness and care we received at all points of staying there and eating at associated restaurants was mind blowing.

A must stay if you ever want to relax in San Antonio - a one of a kind luxury hotel with an interesting history.

Nice hotel where every level of the staff was super friendly and ready to make sure that you have a wonderful stay.

Beautiful historic setting in a great location. Service exceeded expectations. I definitely recommend this property if you want a high end experience!

What can I say? Hotel Emma was simply amazing. I was contacted by the concierge prior to my check in and per her recommendations, I reserved seating at Sternewirth and a couple spots on their historical tour. Both were awesome. I highly recommend reserving seating in one of the former tanks at Sternewirth if you plan to enjoy some cocktails. The noise level gets pretty hig in the evening and the tank serves as a sound barrier! There is even a call button inside the tank you can press for service. Seating is comfortable and the drinks were tasty. I enjoyed their Three Emmas, Dragonfall, and Golden Truth (alcohol-free) cocktails. Conveniently located in the Pearl District, we enjoyed the weekend farmer's market and a live band at Stable Hall. The room was lovely and we really enjoyed the balcony view of the Riverwalk and fireplace. They also offer guests exclusive access to their library which was a nice quiet spot to enjoy a few complementary beverages and look at their book collection. Staff were all welcoming and attentive.

The Hotel Emma is a very unique hotel with history, comfort, and amazing service. Our company held everts at this location and the food was beyond expectations.
