I checked in, the lights in two spots wouldn’t turn off so I contacted the front desk and she didn’t know why either, I was then moved to another room that the tv didn’t work in and then was put back into the original room as we walked back in there was some kind of roach in the bed. By the time we got laid down it was 6:30 am

It was a great location for our purpose to be in Midlothia. The ac could have been cooler. It was 106-107 degrees and the ac was struggling. The blackout shade had been left open on the west side window so the ac had to work really hard to cool a room heated like that. I would suggest that all the rooms on the west side keep the blackout shades closed during this heat wave.

The stay was fine, the hotel was nice. Although our room showed some wear & tear that was cosmetic and could use sprucing. The wall paper coming off in bathroom wall, paint issues, carpet, etc. The main complaint was about the bistro. Tried to order breakfast rhe day we checked out & our options we chose to order were going to have to be modified because they were out of so many things. So, we ended up going out for breakfast. Other than that, all was okay.

My only complaint is that it was incredibly loud. You could hear all the cars and trucks going down the highway ALL NIGHT LONG. It was loud enough to wake me numerous times during the night. Everything else was great.

Generally ok The light above the desk didn't work. Could not turn off the ceiling lights and have the reading light on. No fresh yogurt parfaits for breakfast.

Clean comfortable rooms. 2 free bottles of water would be nice for Bonvoy members like us!

This is a nice small and quaint hotel with a very friendly staff ready and eager to help and assist their guests.

Staff was polite. Facility was clean. Room and bath fixtures are better suited for Motel 6.

This is a nice hotel, but with no competition in Midlothian, the price is high without a discounted rate.
