西奧多拉套房酒店(Theodora Suites)

Emplacement de rêve… Nous étions dans un petit très petit studio, très mignon mais on paye le fait d’être à Oia car le prix est tout de même élevé pour la prestation, cela reste magique tout de même. Venez deux nuits cela suffit… Profitez du coucher de soleil mais également et peut-être même plus du levé car il n’y a personne et les couleurs sont très douces…………..

Do not book a stay with Theodora Suites! There are so many other amazing places to stay in Santorini where the owner will not be trying to cheat you. My (now) wife and I had booked a stay for our honeymoon which was to be in September 2020. We were unable to go because at the time the Greek borders were still closed. Greek ordinance was put in place that allowed hotels etc. to offer an 18 month voucher in place of a refund, however if the voucher were not redeemed in the 18 month period a refund was to be issued. All other places we were to stay in Greece issued us a refund in September 2020, but Odisseas, the owner of Theodora Suites, refused to do so and offered the voucher as was technically his right. The voucher he sent came with an exorbitant fee for rebooking past the end of 2020, and as the Greek border was closed until mid-2021, we couldn’t afford to rebook the trip and decided to simply wait for the refund. However, after the 18 month period elapsed, he has refused to refund the money. At first, he lied and said that the Greek government had canceled the ordinance. When I sent him articles that clearly proved that he was lying, he simply didn’t respond to our refund request. It’s clear from other reviews that I’ve seen online that this is not unique behavior from Odisseas and that he has no problem taking people’s money without any return of services.

Firstly at a cost of €571 a night you’d like to expect luxury, well far from it apart from the veiw! Charged over and beyond! Firstly being charged more then expected due to the global pandemic, €571 a night for a deluxe room, states - private entrance ( definitely not private when sharing it with a room next door and also being placed next to a utility/kitchen) which no fault of there own as staff were doing a job but back and forth with the squeaky gate and the cluttering of washing up and a massive extractor fan blowing loud air 24/7 out is far from relaxing when all you want to do is rest outside your room in peace also our room had a double sun lounger which underneath powered our hot tub as well as next doors this also made a racket , room next door was stated deluxe too but much more bigger then our room, when speaking to the next doors guests they had paid under a fraction of our price and we’re shocked! We then sent a polite email to the owner and waited over 24 hours in response and had to re send the email again to receive very unprofessional email which was very unhelpful, and a rude response, we spoke to the manger on the desk but lack of communication was poor on all behalf’s, Also I like to mention the bed! Rock solid and please don’t respond to me telling me there luxury beds because I think the owner needs to come and sleep on one for the evening In fact sleep and have a stay in the deluxe room next to the kitchen and you may have a different outlook on things, it’s clear to see you don’t listen to your guests from previous reviews about the comfort, I think I rather sleep on a sun bed then on this bed ever again! Also the front door needs to be fix hard to lock and open! Items rusty such as the fridge! Breakfast the same daily! Wifi (what’s wifi at this place) very difficult to get any sort of wifi or signal not helpful when you have to do passenger locater forms etc! Room states (sound prof room) all you can hear is the hot tub fan on outside and guests cluttering around next door Also bins were placed just around the corner of our room not nice! Our last evening was planned to chill out and watch the Veiw and sun go down all we could hear was bleeping noise coming from this utility room/kitchen, no staff around to inform them! Manger on the desk was polite but couldn’t do anything about our questions, sadly enough we won’t be returning and we definitely won’t be recommending this hotel!

景色不錯……按摩浴缸裡面很熱，但是非常非常臟……我們放泡泡的時候會冒出奇怪的泡沫……我們預訂的帶陽台的房間，最後陽台距離我們有20米了……（只是露台的一部分）……非常混合住宿。 好的工作人員

總的來說，這是一次非常愉快的住宿。房源地理位置優越，距離Kasto House 1分鐘，樓下步行8分鐘即可到達Ammundi Bay。我們沒有在酒店住宿看日落，但它應該有很好的景色。唯一的問題是游泳池位於陽台的內部，所以從游泳池看到的日落景色可能有點有限，但我可以看到，如果坐在桌子旁或站在房間外面，日落景色將會令人驚嘆！房東幫我們預訂了聖托里尼遊艇俱樂部的日落海豹之旅，太完美了！強烈推薦它！
