菲利普島公園大道假日公園(Phillip Island Park Lane Holiday Park)

We stayed 3 nights, 2 adults and two boys aged 8 & 9, in one of the cabins. We knew we weren’t going to the Sheraton and maybe some are better than others but #5 was well below par. The cooking facilities were very poor. One small saucepan without a lid, an old, buckled, dirty aluminium frypan and an electric frypan (the underneath of which was covered in fat). We weren’t planning on cooking gourmet food but there wasn’t even a salad bowl!! There was built up dirt and grime around the hot plates and sink. The bathroom was in very poor condition. All the cabinetry is swollen from steam/water damage and in need of replacement. I had the misfortune just before we left to look under the couch for a missing shoe and oh dear! It’s a long time since a vacuum or broom has been under there!! Outside the railing around the deck is falling apart, indicative of the age and general deterioration. During our stay the pool was a disgrace. Green and murky on arrival on Friday afternoon, it was closed for the whole day on Saturday for much needed maintenance and reopened on Sunday. Whilst the green had gone it was far from crystal clear. The old, cracked plastic chairs were in keeping with the general lack of care and upkeep we experienced. Interestingly upon checkout the usual question of “did you enjoy your stay” wasn’t asked. Perhaps they’ve been trained not to for fear of the answer? I’ve lived in Victoria all my life (I’m 60 years old) and this was my first ever visit to Phillip Island. The island is lovely but next time we will stay elsewhere.

great location in phillip island, we stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin. Had everything we needed took our dog. Lots of things to do within the park. Great restaurant on the premises. Used the pool, which was good. didnt need to use the toilet block but it looked like it could do with some tlc. Had a couple of issues with our stove and shower, but staff were more than happy to look at it, all staff very friendly. Would definitely return on our next visit. Very central to everything we wanted to explore

Really liked this place, great for the 4 year old with the playground Nextdoor and the discount to amaze n things, would recommend.

We stayed 4 nights in a powered camping site. While the receptionist was friendly and location was great, sadly the positives end here. The ladies amenities (3 showers and 3 toilets) could not cope with the camper's demand and were constantly over run, out of toilet paper and in desperate need of a good clean. It was very fustrating having to line up ( 3 people deep) to use a shower at 1030pm. We were not asked the size of our caravan when booking and were allocated a sloping site which could not adequately house our van, annex and car! To top off our frustrations, we endured a horrible septic smell every time the wind blew from a certain direction. This place needs some serious TLC and until then, I sadly wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to others.

Bit on the more expensive side but the kids had a good time. It will take about 3-4 hours to go through the whole circuit properly. We spent a lot of time in the illusions/magic area and i was quite surprised by how good the layout was in some areas. Definately worth a trip

A great holiday park in the middle of Phillip Island. Staff are very friendly and helpful with directions. The cabins are cosi with everything you need. As is so often the case the power points where in awkward places for recharging and the shower cubicle was way to small

Great facilities in the room and super clean! Really enjoyed the stay!

We had the family hotel room and it was amazing. So clean and comfortable! We will definitely stay here again.
