Taking photos and videos without explicit permission is a violation of basic ethical standards and can cause significant discomfort and distress to the guests involved. I would strongly recommend mrs. Sara general manager for the golden Lilli hotel, brought this issue to the attention head Manager for every department at the hotel. while I talked with a Manager at your hotel who took the accident in an easy way and didn't take an action. It's important to provide them with specific details about the incident, Hotel guests have the right to enjoy their stay without feeling violated or having their privacy compromised.
