阿伯德爾普瑞米爾酒店(Aberdare)

Adequate for my needs just travelling to attend a family event. Not very keen on Brewers Fayre so took the opportunity to visit a better quality restaurant locally. Staff in the hotel were 5 star. Unfortunately the heating/cooling fan was running all night. Will turn fan off on another visit

My son asked to stay at the Premier Inn for his 7th Birthday, and he loved every second! The team decorated our room with balloons and banners and even got him a present that he loved. Nicola and the team were lovely and helped with everything we needed, my sons already talking about our next visit. Thank-you aberdare premier inn.

Upon walking into the hotel, I was greeted by the loveliest member of staff. Kayleigh was very welcoming, professional and fantastically quick at checking me in. Not only that, but being a solo traveler, it can be quite boring staying in a hotel. Kayleigh made the time to talk to me, after I had dinner that night. We had a great chat and really put the world to rights! (I felt so bad keeping her for so long!) Premier Inn/Whitbread - Kayleigh is a credit to you. Please pass on my sincere thanks to Kayleigh. I trust you will recognise her as a valuable member of staff. Huw

Amazing hotel very friendly helpful staff happy go accommodate extra needs rooms lovely and clean would highly recommend to anyone hotel is also very close to easy to access shops snd restaurants shich make your stay even easier

Amazing hotel, all staff members met throughout the stay were very helpful and polite. Room was very clean and everything you would need. The Christmas gift left was very unexpected but lovely. Will be back!

we stayed here while visiting family with family , we had four rooms all together my sister in law had booked hers first and told us to book ours . looking at some reviews i wasnt sure but wanted to be in same hotel as rest of family so i booked it .. As soon as we walked in through door any doubts soon disappeared . The staff are so welcoming and friendly and they can not do enough for you ,we were here a couple of days and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms ok some are the old style and could do with being brought up to date like the others further down the corridor but they were very clean and that's what's important . I would highly recommend this place and we will most certainly be staying here again

Greeted with kindness and respect, all staff were accommodating and friendly. Staff went above and beyond to help with our needs you can clearly see the management is great at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel in that area and most importantly I would definitely come back again. Thank you all so much.

This hotel has not had any updating or maintenance since it was built so now the rooms are dirty and dated. The extractor fan in the bathroom rattled most of the night, people were loud in the corridors early in the morning and the shower hadn’t been cleaned so the wall was covered in other people’s hair.

Booked this for my family coming down for my daughters wedding, needed an early check in so they could change. Hotel was completely booked out the night before, so they had a challenge. They could not have a tried any harder. Thank you to the staff. 3 rooms ready by 11.00 and they were so friendly to them.
