Pros and Cons: Pros: location, location, location. Onsite at Ripken Experience, just roll out of bed and walk over to your 8 am game. Free breakfast. The Bonvoy app listed breakfast as a fee, but there was a free breakfast with good variety - nice to grab cereal, yogurt, and fruit if you have to run to a game. Pool by reservation - your family or your team can reserve the pool - as it’s small made it nice to have the area to yourself. Cons: poor enforcement of quiet hours. It’s stated throughout that the quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am, however, kids playing tag, drunk adults camped out in hallway, etc. At 11:50 pm I had to go out in the hallway and tell a group of drunk moms they were keeping my kids awake - fun for them, not for us! King room only sleeps 3 - the sleeper sofa is a loveseat size and only has a twin foldout - we were very glad we also brought a twin air mattress.

booked 3 rooms in advance directly with the website. Showed up and they only had 1 on file. Incompetent in solving their mistakes and accommodating us. 2 hours at the front desk and they were unable to do anything. frustrating. horrible. Avoid.

This hotel absolutely sucks. I arrived & the next day i had house keeping clean my room & they took my food out of my room & also was missing 2 apple watches, hair dryer, make up, & my 7 year old sons baseball equipment… when i spoke with supervisors they did nothing to help & went around the hotel spreading false information.

I stay in Marriott hotels across the country, and have done for a number of years, and this is without doubt, the worst i have stayed in, EVER!!. Upon arrival i was greeted by a pleasant member of staff, who checked me in, there was no acknowledgement of my Marriott Elite membership, but thats not the end of the world. Having worked all day and then driven 7 hours to get to the hotel, i headed straight for my room. This is where the experience starts to rapidly decline. The carpet in the room was covered in large stains from i dont know what. there were extra pillows as requested, and before going down for dinner, i drew my curtains to get changed. The stains on the curtains made the carpet look clean. The bathroom was not much cleaner, with the toilet seat loose. I went down to reception to complain, and was met by another member of staff, this time not so friendly or attentive. I explained the problem to which he said "do you want another room"? i said i would and he gave me another room to move into just 3 doors down. This room was not much better, and as i had no help in moving my luggage, pillows, computer bag etc, i decided to stay in the first filthy room. Surely things couldnt get any worse, so i went down and sat down in the restaurant where i ordered Chicken wings to start and then a grilled chicken burger for my main course. The chicken wings came, and although were hot in temperature, were burnt on the bottom, as if they had been cooked on a tray that had remnants of previously cooked burnt food that had stuck to my wings. The chicken burger came and that was the same, as were the new potatoes i had ordered instead of chips. Overall a very disappointing meal. i got an early night as i had another early start in the morning. When i came down for breakfast, i was seated and asked if i wanted anything hot to eat as there was only a cold buffet out in the self service area. I asked for a menu, and the member of staff said "we dont have menus, but the kitchen does the usual hot stuff, bacon, sausages eggs". not great again but i ordered scrambled eggs and mushrooms which werent too bad although the service left much to be desired. I will never stay here again, and would be delighted to expand more should anyone from Marriot Bonvoy wish to contact me.

Had a top floor room facing the baseball field. It was plenty big for three people. It was clean. The beds are comfortable. Only thing I would say i was disappointed in is that it didn’t offer the free breakfast as the other marriot right next-door did. It was great location driving off the highway to rest in between driving long distance.

The staff was really nice. I had no issues checking in or checking out. It was fairly quiet in the hotel which allowed me to sleep peacefully. The room I stayed in could use some renovations. It was dusty in some areas and the bathroom could use some touchups.

This hotel, co-located with the Residence Inn by Marriott is adjacent to the Ripken field baseball stadium. You can stay here and walk to the game. We were visiting our granddaughter who lives also within walking distance of the hotel. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was small. Our main complaint is that they charged our credit card $20 for incidentals, just in case. Our refund is going to take 5 to 7 days to hit our card. Booking through a service prevented credit to our rewards program.

The building is shared by Residence Inn and Courtyard facilities. It is located in a very dark, isolated neighborhood adjacent to Ripken Stadium. As a Marriott Lifetime Titanium member I made the reservation using Bonvoy points. It was originally for the Residence side of the building but was switched to Courtyard as the room type desired could not be provided. The facility is attractive but rooms are in need of some refreshing – our room felt a bit rundown, dark, and not contemporary. Attention to detail, such as a full-functioning TV remote control and a refrigerator, could be better. Ice machines are not on every floor and there is no in-room directory showing locations. Breakfast was provided and was upscale, tasty, and fresh. Staff with one exception was attentive, pleasant, and friendly. The evening front-desk supervisor was unkind, unhelpful, and downright mean. She seemed to enjoy her power, and her aggressiveness and intentional unwillingness to do anything to make our stay better seemed to please her. This was overall an acceptable spot for an overnight stop - not the most modern but good beds and nice breakfast. Unfortunately that one staff member ruined our evening and as such I would suggest finding other more hospitable Marriott properties nearby where you would be welcome.

Horrible experience with the front desk supervisor and haven’t arrived even arrived yet! I booked a room for my family of 4 in April 2022 for tournament in September 2022. My reservation confirmation specifically states that my family, 2 adults and 2 children, are booked for a king bed and a pull out sofa bed. I was able to proceed with a booking the reservation and received a confirmation email. Today, I called to confirm my reservation for our upcoming baseball tournament. I had looked on their website and noticed that some rooms only accommodate 3. I figured this would not apply to me being that my reservation clearly states that we are four people and was confirmed for such. I was informed that the room has a one bed and a twin pull out sofa bed. No where on their website states that the pullout bed is a twin size that accommodates one. The front desk supervisor was not helpful and explained that there was no way to change the room for a larger room. She stated that there was no availability in the hotel nor their sister hotel. I explained that it was their error that I was able to proceed with my reservation, which clearly states that my room is for 2 adult and 2 children. The front desk supervisor offered no apologies and explained there was nothing that she could do. I asked what would I have done if I had traveled for hours to find that we would not have had a bed to sleep. She stated that I should periodically check to see if something opens for next week’s tournament. Maybe Marriott should be more clear on their website and not permit families of four to book rooms that do not accommodate them. I would have been at a loss if I traveled for more than 4 hours to find out that we all would not have all had a place to sleep.

What a beautiful hotel you have. It was extremely clean, the facility newly decorated w/ baseball memorabilia, staff nice. We had the wheelchair accessible room. It was accessible except the bed was too high for someone in a wheelchair to get in/ out of bed. The bed was comfortable. After checking out we walked to the parking lot and noticed that several cars had all their tires removed and put on cinder blocks, lug nuts thrown all over the lot. We were shocked that such and incident had taken place. We looked and found no security cameras or people around. Our car was one of the lucky ones w/ no damage. Had we noticed the lack of security as we came into this family venue the night before after a long drive we would NOT have stayed there. My husband walked back in the hotel to let staff know. They said it was probably someone gang from Philly or Baltimore. You can have all the nice buildings, the baseball player endorsement, nice decorations and service. But, if guests do not have safe security of their person and personal belongings, there is no point staying in this family venue. As of today 07/06/2022, we never received a customer satisfaction survey from Marriott. So, I sent this same narrative to Marriott.com

I booked this hotel because of the location. I was here to visit my bestfriend whom I haven't seen for more than 15 years. Travelled all the way from Virginia Beach was smooth but long. I arrived around 12 noon and I tried checking in. Front desk lady was new so I waited for few minutes but that it okay. She welcomed me and asked what brought me to their hotel. Hotel was quiet that day so I guess it was a plus for me. Facilities were great, pool was closed, there's an arcade area which was very unusual but.. okay. Room was decent but really clean~ I wasn't expecting that so great job. Bed was comfortable. I was only there during sleeping time since I was out to visit my bestfriend the entire afternoon. Checked out at 2am because I do not want to catch heavy traffic at the tunnel. Night audit was really nice. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will come back this October fot my godchild's baptism.

Courtyard are what you expect for the most part. Good places to stay and usually uphold the Marriott Brand. This place is no exception. Night staff are good but not great. They don’t go the extra mile to recognize your membership status. Place has a game room in it. Which is something unexpected but good for kids. The bistro makes the best tatortotts with nacho cheese. Good space for the gym. One down side is parking is so far away from the front door of the hotel. Rooms are large but TV was awkwardly positioned so you could not sit in the bed and watch. Over all not bad.
