Mi hanno messo nella suite che è molto carina perché il letto è sopra un grazioso soppalco. Bagno nuovo e senza moquette ( meno male!). Erano presenti tutti gli accessori del caso : phon, stendiabiti, cassaforte, minibar ( nel cassetto!), 2 televisioni ( 1 davanti al divanetto e 1 sul soppalco), garidon x la valigia. Buona la colazione . Gentilissimo il servizio Difetti: vicinanza all’aeroporto. È sicuramente comodo x chi viaggia, ma il rumore dei decolli si sente. Per fortuna è’ un aeroporto piccolo ed i voli notturni sono molto pochi….

Although staff were nice and attentive the food was substandard and not worth the prices charged. We had main meals and desserts. The food was terrible. Salmon tasted slightly fishy as if it was frozen and going out of date. Chicken dish sauce was not a very nice tasting flavour. I had heard good things about this place for food recently and was disappointed to find it was pretty bad for a hotel. Nice staff and pleasant surroundings however.

The 2 nights stay at hotel was for my husband’s 70th birthday as we went to Rod Stewart concert on the Friday night, then Drifters Saturday night at P&J arena. Enjoyed our stay & dinner at hotel

Was very disapointed with the breakfast.didnt get toast had to ask for it also didnt get asked if we required more tea and toast.My husband had the cooked breakfast which was in total about 6 items1 rasher bacon 1 sausage 1 egg etc. My breakfast was smoked haddock 2 poached eggs.the haddock was dyed, i couldnt eat it took a bit was abs disgusting.i asked if it was frozen waitress said it wasnt was told chef sends his apologies would you like more tea toast instead.i also had fish night before for dinner it wasnt great again frozen but i was hungry so ate it...most of the staff was excellent but receptionist in morning was a bit rude i thought and the man in suit with glasses dont know his name wasnt very nice either.i left my mobile in hotel i telephoned the hotel asked if it could be sent out as i stay 65 miles north and itwas attrocious weather he told me he could and asked for my bank details for it to be sent recorded delivery which i refused to give him over the telephone...i have now received my phone today...i have stayed at this hotel before and it was good but dont know if i would stay here again.i certainly wont have the food if i did and for the prices we was charged for everything

Stay at this Hotel every time I am in Aberdeen,nothing is too much trouble for any off the staff,food is brilliant at Dinner and breakfast.10/10 every time

Clean room. All the staff are really friendly. The hotel is handy for P & J Live as it's not even a 10 minute easy walk. Would definitely stay again if up to P & J

Very pleasant staff, they couldn’t do enough for you but a few problems with the TV and room was cold on arrival. Good breakfast.

The stay was comfortable and warm. The food selection is very basic and not much to choice however it was reasonable.

It was close to where we were goiing at night.

I booked, as looking for a treat for a birthday. Went for afternoon tea, for daughter 26th birthday. Wonderful time. Lovely food, great service , staff couldn't do enough for us. Would certainly recommend this place. Will be visiting again soon. Thank you .

We stayed for 1 night in a twin room which was great for us. Beds were lovely and comfy plenty of pillows and blankets if needed. Tea and coffee was good in the room with hot chocolate and shortbread yum yum lol . Shower was great plenty of room to hang up clothes in wardrobe. Breakfast was amazing I had smoked haddock and poached eggs which were amazing. Filtered coffee plus apple juice also plenty of other options for breakfast and continental. Staff were all amazing and very helpful will definitely stay again when watching a band or comedian as short walk to venue.

Stayed for the night to attend P&J Live. Great location only 6 minute walk from hotel. The hotel is very welcoming with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was lovely and clean and had a small separate sitting area with tv which you can log on with your home passwords for Netflix etc. there is all so tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We had a pre show meal in the restaurant which was served speedily and piping hot. All the staff were friendly. The Lounge is cosy with open fire and prices much the same as in Aberdeen itself. Breakfast in the morning again was served piping hot as well as continental breakfast choices. We will definitely be back.

We went there three of us for Christmas lunch. Staff very attentive & friendly, meal 100% .....big helpings, full flavour & well presented & a great price. Would highly recommend. We'll be back soon

We stayed here 3 years ago, just before Covid. It has been smartened up since then. The place is lovely, the staff were kind, helpful, considerate. We will definitely be back.
