Agreeable pour des courtes séjour. Bien située et proche du quartier d'affaires

The front desk staff do not listen to the concerns of guests but rather argumentative only towards protecting the interest of the hotel and never cared what your complaints are. On the day of my arrival I was made to stand waiting for 3 Hours even though I arrived 3 Hours after the normal checking in time, they spent the 3 Hours arguing about my online payment which was already done on Trip.com yet they said they could not find the payment history when in fact they did not have the patience to read the system well and locate the payment history but rather demanded me to pay again for bookings which were actually paid online until I had to show them how to read the system to solicit the information (I had communicated with trip.com with complains and shown the payment receipt to the hotel and they still could not comply until I showed them how to read the information on their own computer;before I could be allowed to check in). Also, at breakfast, I was made to pay again after I have booked a room with two breakfast included but hotel refused to understand and even after showing the booking information on the system which clearly indicated Breakfast X2 per day so I ended up paying again for the breakfasts to avoid embarrassment. The restaurant staff were very unprofessional and careless about hygiene (the bread spoon had fallen to the floor and one of them picked it and dropped it right back into the breadbasket without replacing or cleaning it before putting it back into the breads). "DO NOT DISTURB" signage meant nothing to the cleaning team who continuously banged on the door because they wanted to iron or pick up your laundry even without you making a previous request for such services. I have never seen in any part of the world where hotel staff compete with hotel guests to take the lifts (elevator) leaving the guests waiting for the next ones (hahahaha). Staff were unfriendly and rude.

Nourriture médiocre hôtel désorganisée

Je recommande fortement l’hôtel Ivotel pour tous vos évènements. Cet hôtel possède une grande salle pouvant contenir 200 personnes assises ou plus. On a eu droit à un bon package comprenant la salle et toute la logistique, un buffet de plusieurs entrées, plats de résistance, desserts et boissons. Les mets étaient succulents. Le personnel était à nos petits soins et a répondu favorablement à nos exigences. En plus, le comité a eu droit à une belle chambre dans le forfait. Que dire d’autre? Gros coup de cœur en tout cas ♥️

Mention spéciale à Sylvie qui nous a accueillis la nuit du 18/12/2023. Elle a été super gentille, accueillante et s'est fortement ménagée pour nous trouver des solutions suite à l'incident temporaire lié à l'absence d'eau dans les chambres à notre arrivée. Sur l'hôtel et ses services, c'est globalement correct comparé aux établissements de même rang dans le quartier de Plateau

Hotel simple… petit dej et restaurant correcte… chambres et décoration très peu chaleureuses, parfois même face à un mur. Personnel froid dans l’ensemble. Fermeture des portes de SDB aléatoires… localisation pratique. Acceptable lors des promotions, car il arrive que les prix soient correcte pour Plateau.

Je ne peux pas commencer à exprimer à quel point mon dîner d'anniversaire à cet hôtel a été absolument remarquable ! Tout était tout simplement parfait, du début à la fin. Dès que je suis entré dans l'hôtel, j'ai été accueilli avec le plus grand professionnalisme et une chaleureuse hospitalité. Le personnel était souriant, amical et aux petits soins pour moi et mes invités. J'ai été impressionné par leur attention aux détails et leur désir de rendre cette soirée spéciale. La salle framiré où le dîner a eu lieu était élégante créant une atmosphère intime et raffinée. Et parlons maintenant du buffet lui-même ! La cuisine était tout simplement divine. Chaque plat était une explosion de saveurs . Le service était impeccable du début à la fin. Le personnel était attentif, discret et toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins. Ils ont veillé à ce que nous passions une soirée inoubliable, et c'est exactement ce que cela a été. En somme, je ne pourrais pas être plus satisfait de mon dîner d'anniversaire dans cet hôtel. C'était une soirée magique et mémorable, et je tiens à remercier chaleureusement toute l'équipe de l'hôtel pour leur travail exceptionnel. Cela restera sans aucun doute l'un des meilleurs souvenirs d'anniversaire de ma vie. Merci du fond du cœur !
