There server was down and would not let me check in and they would not let me check in they did not know how long it would be so I left I told them I was up here to restore power and they would still not let me into a room not happy

The lobby was full of cigarette smoke and they did not speak English. Bathroom was semi clean. I cleaned the microwave. Small breakfast, no milk for cereal.

Floors were dirty, hole in the bedspread, sheets all wrinkled and messing, like had not been changed. Ice machine out of order - was told if you want ice go to gas station next door. Requested ground floor due to having 91 yr old mother and my blind sister with me and was stated online no elevator. Was not told that it is a split level hotel. Either floor you still have to climb stairs - only 4-5 steps but challenging for Mom and sister. Breakfast was hard stale bagels and cereal and expired yogurt.

Check in process for myself compared to my parents was different. My parents were required to present another credit card even though the room was reserved and paid for online. When asked to get a detailed list of charges for the room the front desk refused to print one. My room was next to the interstate and main road. At night the traffic noise was very loud. The continental breakfast was almost non-existent. The juice machine was out of order, there was cereal but no milk to put on it, the only bread was bagels but not everyone cares for bagels, and there was yogurt (the only good thing about the breakfast). As you walked around the facility there were a lot of out of order signs; the pop machine, snack machine, juice machine, etc. Also on a multi day stay, housekeeping never checked if the rooms needed new towels, more coffee or cups, or anything else we may have needed. It would have been nice to have had these things checked.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom and when I went to the counter, I was told that their shipment doesn’t come in. Very small amount of toilet paper and an extra roll was not available. The shower faucet needed repair. There was a place on the wall for a blow dryer but there wasn’t one there. There was slim pickings for breakfast. The orange juice was watered down. No spoons to eat the yogurt with. Bed was comfortable. Our room was clean.

Still had trash in the bathroom. Floor didn't look like it had been swept. Counter tops had sticky stuff on them.

Nice location. Facility very dated. Needs some major TLC. Lights didn’t work. Ice machine out of order. Desk person not particularly friendly. Had to wait several minutes for him to show up.

Dust on lamps in room, sounds coming through walls, bathroom door difficult to close.

There was no hot water the evening I arrived and the phone in the room wouldn’t work when I attempted to contact the desk. The ice maker was also broken. The screen in the window was broken as well. The room was clean. Staff was nice. There was hot water in the morning. Breakfast was laid out nicely, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt etc.
