As you would expect from a Premiere Inn. Booking in was easy the lady on Reception was helpful and booked us in extra for the evening meal. Apparently our room was not ready (not that I knew which room we were meant to be in) which they did not need to admit but did, we did not arrive early it was way past the booking in time but hey. They booked us in another room, which was like all the other rooms of a Premiere Inn. Clean tidy, though we did keep the curtains shut at our room looked onto other rooms. Had to reset the plug for the desk lamp from under table sock to above table socket as the lamp did not work of below desk socket, no major to sort. Not that we watch much TV but what we did watch the WIFI/digital reception is poor, the programmes would break up and fragment. Not a lot you can do I suppose, again did not report as what can you do with a dodgy reception. NOT Premiere Inn's fault really but when you have people and children running up and down the corridor it does become very loud in the rooms, shouting and running and loud voices. Possibly a bit better sound proofing? The outside could do with a bit of a tidy up, I know it is winter however bits of rubbish and broken posts does not make a welcoming look. Over all a pleasant stay, Premier Inn is a Premiere Inn, you pretty much know what you are getting
