The moment I walked into my room there was a horrible damp smell. I stayed a few minutes and decided I did not want to stay. Went to reception to ask to be moved only to be told "We're fully booked and have no other rooms". I asked for a refund so I could try to find another hotel but was told: "takes 29 days for a refund". I can only guess the hassle of trying to get a refund from this mob. I stay in hotels 3/4 times a week and am finding more and more problems with Premier Inn which never get addressed. So this is the last time I book with Premier Inn.

Easy & quick check in if prepaid. Room was so clean and the bed was extremely comfy. Breakfast in the restaurant was spot on. Staff very happy and informative. No hesitation in returning if all premier inns are like this one.

We were here on business and found the service to be excellent. Food was great and hotel accomodation adequate. Id like to give leah a special mention as her service was great. Tha k you for the great service. We will try and book here in the future

Appalling experience when staff entered the room at 0650 hours on a Sunday morning! Mould in the bathroom. Location was great for our needs. Basic hotel for a reasonable price but let down with the unexpected and unexplained wake up!

It was not our first (my husband andI) stay at the Premier Inn Didcot. We always choose Premier Inn, if possible, wherever we go in the UK. You know what you are getting and pretty happy with. Having a restaurant on site essential for us. Always good food and value.

had double stack burger Saturday night was all ill all day sunday. too was pretty clean. breakfast was good and plentiful, not that I could eat any on Sunday as was ilk from night before . friendly waitresses the one with tattoo on her neck was good

The guy that checked me in was covering from a hotel in Oxford. I had a bad day at work and he was happy and pleased to see me. Room comfy and clean. I needed a toothbrush and managed to find one for £1 on a charity offering. Well done Premier Inn. You've got it just right again. Dan, you’re the man!

I needed somewhere to stay at very short notice. I arrived quite late (8pm) and was soon checked in by a cheerful young lady, who was the epitome of the perfect welcoming host. My room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for an overnight stay. I didn’t have time to try the attached restaurant - I visited the nearby McDonalds instead (there’s also a small M&S shop nearby). The bed was super comfy and the room was quiet, so I had a great night’s sleep. Check-out the next morning was very quick - you just drop your access card into a box. I highly recommend this hotel and I’d happily stay again.

Unfortunately, after traveling 200 miles to Didcott on the 30th of December we were both very tired. In the morning I went for a shower, slipped in the bath, and badly damaged my back. After that, my Fiancee and I struggled to understand what had gone wrong. We were unable to shower after that as it was too dangerous. In a sense, we were lucky that it happened to me as my Fiancee had a hip replacement fitted in May. Damage to that would have been a disaster. Now we realize that the bathroom is a death trap. In-bath mats are not available on arrival and the bathroom has no safety rails on the bath wall; this therefore is an accident waiting to happen and is the reason we are drawing attention to the problem. A note was made in the accident book and the housekeepers were very kind. Of course, I was in pain throughout our holiday and our arrangements were ruined.
