Room was very dirty with beat up outdated furniture. There was a drink spilled on the back of a chair and dead bugs on the coffee table when we arrived. Mold in the bathroom as well. Staff was very nice and the main part of the hotel was very nice.

Plenty of parking and excellence breakfast. Value for money and room is big and clean. Quality brand hotels are always value for money and good service and facility too

Fast check-in, friendly staff. A little difficult to access parking lot from interstate. Rooms are dated, could really use a remodel.

Acceptable, but..... 2-night stay. Front desk was very pleasant and courteous. Room was large as well as the bathroom. However, The sofa was ready to be tossed by the curb, and 2 of pillowcases appeared to have been slept on. Luckily, I found a room attendant in the hallway and she exchanged all the pillowcases for me. AC did not cool enough even at 68 setting. Also, I always wear flip flops when walking on hotel room floors. There was an instance when my bare foot touched the carpet between the sofa and the ac unit and the carpet was completely wet. The furniture overall needs updating as the hotel itself is nice overall. Breakfast was fine: usual scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and assortment of carbs. I liked the location, and for the price, I would still stay there again, but will inspect the room I'm getting before settling in.

Late check - but greeted by friendly staff - who suggested parking in the back of buildimg for easier road eggress and access to the hotel.

Everything was great except that they didn't repair or replace the desk chair. It was down in the lowest position and wouldn't come up, which made working at the desk a little awkward. I was there for 2 days and told them about this the first night, and two days later when I left it hadn't been fixed. It's a good thing I didn't have any serious desk work I had to do.
