The hotel is ok but the inside the room was kinda dirty.

Got the chance to stay here for 2 nights. Had a good and relaxing sleep so far. The hotel had a lot of food choices if you wish to eat inside your room. A minute away to Al Ahlia Hospital where I had my check-up. Then I also enjoyed shopping in Hamdan Shopping Center which is just beside the hotel. Budget-Friendly Option. If you're looking for an affordable place to stay, this hotel is a good choice. It's not fancy, but it's clean and comfortable.

No free breakfast. The breakfast has a different payment 👎. Luckily there are restaurants nearby where we took our dinner and breakfast. No parking facility. I needed to park at the nearest parking spot to the hotel which is always full. Swimming pool is inaccessible because there is no lifeguard on duty. The pool is nearby a bar so the management should strongly consider to station a lifeguard! I am dissatisfied with my stay in this hotel.

My overall review, excellent location located at the city Centre, clean, comfort and welcomed. I really enjoyed the location in the city centre where everything is within walking distance. Not far from the beach area Corniche. Around you can find a lot of different shops and Malls. Near the bus station. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ALAN who did my check-in and Ferouse who were assisting me for my room requests. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful, 10/10 Overall, I had a great experience. I’ll see you soon

Novel Hotel is excellent. Exceptional service and is definately recommended! Very well located and I always look forward to going back. Not only for business but for leisure as well. Work/life balance is important for me and I could experience this here.

Muy buena ubicación, limpio, correctamente equipado y con buenas opciones de ocio. Con piscina, restaurante, tienda para souvenirs y un bar estilo irlandés para tomar algo. Baño y habitación correctos. El personal es profesiona y amable. Muy recomendable.
