首都中心羅塔納阿瑞健酒店(Capital Centre Arjaan by Rotana)

The hotel location was not as convenient as the other reviews said. It’s at the convention centre area instead of downtown and thus we needed to take buses to go to the downtown or other destinations every day. Luckily the bus stops were near the hotel. A small comment was that the housekeeping could be slightly more efficient. They said one minute every time but it could be a couple of hours.

儘管服務有點慢，但這是一次愉快的住宿。接待員非常友好和尊重。氣氛安靜且適合家庭放鬆。

我一直喜歡住在羅塔納酒店集團，因為服務總是很好。特別是當旅行有時提供更優惠的價格時。非常好的酒店。

我喜歡乾淨的房間和安靜的走廊。我對停車設施也很滿意。浴室很乾淨。廚房缺少很多炊具，但總體還是滿意的。

Capital center arjaan is really a comfertable and full of facilities great hotel I ever visited I appreciate all the staff is very help full and they are really professional in there work housekeeping team is really great spacialy mr mazhar he is very hardworking person and his frinds mr pelle mr saqib mr war is mr nayon

I came today to the hotel and made my reservation over the phone and when i asked about everything the lady told me the booking includes breakfast ! Over the reception desk when I came to check in, they told me there is no breakfast including with my one bedroom suite, when I try to explain for them that the booking over the phone was with the breakfast they didn’t try to solve the problem and told me I need to wait for the next day to speak with the lady who made the booking! The Man we spoke with his name is Ronald ! Unfortunately, no one solved my problem and they want me to pay for something which should be free with my booking. This is my first time here and will be my last !

Comfortable stay for more than a month in August & September. Very convenient to travel to the city or towards the airport, having Lulu express market just walking distance away was great . The studio has a nice induction cooktop,oven/microwave washer/dryer & refrigerator. Staff was great ,very nice and polite Josamine from housekeeping did an excellent job with the room cleaning. The staff at the front desk, Jevi , Lou and Fahad, Roland made checkin and check out a hassle free process. Reservation team led by Jennifer and Rashid confirmed my booking instantly. I highly recommend this place. Thank you
