My stay at Grand Pela Hotel was amazing, very peaceful and rejuvenating environment . Staff at the reception were extremely polite and helpful out of the way, my check in with my family was very fast and wasn't delayed at all. the rooms were extremely neat and well arranged as well as also well appointed. The swimming pool looks amazing and I loved the music that was being played as it was of different cultures. Buffet was lovely and offers a great variety of food, the staff at the hotel were helpful when asked for help. In fact everything in the hotel was superb, because I truly enjoyed Unmatched Experience that meets international standards.

Very appalled very disappointed.. kitchen staffs had no idea what they have available… waited am hour for an order only for them to call and say it is unavailable.. no form of solution finding.. Nelson had zero customer satisfaction

During my weekend getaway with friends, a friend recommended Grand Pela Hotels and we opted for it. The receptionists were very patient with us as we were picky with our choice of room until we finally settled for one. we were offered welcome drinks and finally a porter carried our luggage to our rooms which was very cozy. I particularly enjoyed breakfast and my time at the gym. Their staff members are also very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, in a conducive environment, neat environment,rooms are spacious and staffs are well trained and polite, Hall was set on time and meals delivered at agreed time Will definitely be visiting again

There meal is one of the best we have tasted within the FCT. While looking for a good place to hangout with my wife and kids, after trying different hotels and restaurants that ended up spoiling our taste bud, we decided to stop over at GRAND PELA HOTELS AND SUITES DURUMI . It was indeed a pleasant experience as everyone enjoyed the special Sunday brunch buffet and have not stopped talking about it.

Very nice room, excellent service all around. Very good staff and very good dining options.

Very poor services. Receptionist was very rude and could be heard on two occasions during my 4 might stay yelling at clients. The air-conditioning in my allocated room wasn't working and even after series of complaints got no attention. Had to complain to the organisers of the event I was invited to to get a room change. My first room was unclean with hair on the sheets and visible dirt marks on the floors. Second room was a vast improvement but still very shabby service in general. Will mot be recommending to friends.

This hotel is an extension of Onitsha market. The front desk staff-especially the ladies are extremely terrible .This should not be an hospitality facility. The hotel manager is not always around to see this hellish character
