Returning to The Envoy Hotel*was an absolute pleasure! From the moment I arrived, the security personnel were courteous and professional, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. It was wonderful to see familiar faces, from the entrance to the reception and the restaurant, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was as delicious, with a great selection and beautifully presented dishes. Dinner was particularly enjoyable, offering both variety and refreshing flavors. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to return again soon!

The location of this hotel looked good, it's near all the embassies so I thought it would be quiet and secure, which it was. However, it made driving in the neighbourhood at night quite dangerous. One night my Uber driver pulled up to look at a map on his phone to find the hotel and a very angry embassy security guard ran at the car, threatening us with his pistol for stopping. The general condition of the room was quite poor. Mouldy and badly finished bathroom. The bathroom ceiling was so mouldy that it was crumbling and I was woken several times by the sound of bits of plaster falling into the bath tub. The quality of the food was ok but the service was terrible. I ordered a cheese pizza and fries at 8pm and it arrived at 9:45. It's not a large hotel so the kitchen could hardly claim to be busy, I preferred not to eat at the restaurant as, due to being the only foreigner there, some of the other guests were filming me on their mobile phones which was quite uncomfortable. On my last morning I was challenged at the breakfast buffet by the lady at the desk. I'd had cereal, coffee and an omelette but she stopped me to tell me I hadn't eaten anything "serious". I'm not sure how she expected me to respond? Apologise for my choice? Run back in and grab a mouthful of chicken? I wouldn't stay there again or recommend it to colleagues.

I was here on a 5 week business trip. Stayed here because it was a 2 minute walk across the street from the US Embassy. I was very pleased with the room. The bed is extremely comfortable, and I was working nightshifts so was very happy that they have blackout curtains. Room service is available 24/7, as well as a bar open 24/7. The front desk is very polite however very frustrating trying to pay with credit card. They have about 6 credit card scanners and none of them every seem to be working properly. Make sure you give yourself a lot of time ( like a full day) to try to settle your bill. The food is good, but also make sure that you give yourself an hour for room service to arrive, order early. The staff is very friendly, love all the bartenders, they are very willing to serve us during unnormal times due to our schedule. I know that I am going to forget people, but thank you for great service from James, Samuel, Lawrence, Najeh(sp), Monu, Eric, Timothy, and the hardest worker of them all, Blessing.

Very good business hotel in Abuja with nice comfortable rooms, friendly staff and restaurant with excellent food options. The location is very close to the US Embassy and the area is very safe as the access to the hotel is controlled. The WiFi however needs improvement

The Envoy Hotel is an amazing place to be..Every service there was topnotch from reception, to security, to the rooms, modern facilities, restaurants, room service, gym, pool and security there is intense. I'll definitely recommend it to friends, family and businesses..

Lovely place. The only snag is the location as taxis kept finding it difficult to get there. I also didn't enjoy the breakfast options, I thought it was too minimal. The rooms are very nice. Overall, I would recommend!

Very accommodating. Safe area. Safe hotel. Great food and breakfast buffet. Beautiful pool next to an outside bar with TVs. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Large bathroom with shower. Room service and restaurants very good! Will be returning!

The staff in this hotel carry the day! They are respectful, helpful and they go out of their way to provide what a guest needs.

The hotel is clean, good services but some views around the hotel do not give the right feeling of good ambience.

Great hotel with amazing service, clean rooms. Really worth to accomodate there cause the price is acceptable for this quality. 24/7 gym is a big advantage.

The location is awesome and serene, will like to visit again God's Willing if given the opportunity.

The hotel is located in a serene and conducive address that's perfect for a business trip or a good wind down too. They offer a good pallete for the international traveller but also invite you to sample some Nigerian cuisine. The staff are very courteous, warm and friendly. I enjoyed my stay
