Good hotel

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und es waren immer freie Liegen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, klimatisiert und sauber. Im Zimmer war eine Küche inklusive Kühlschrank vorhanden. Der Fitnessbereich ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und hat einige Geräte zur Auswahl.

Dès mon arrivée à Kwarleyz Residence, j'ai su que j'avais fait le bon choix. Le personnel était chaleureux, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider avec un sourire sincère. Ma suite était impeccablement propre, magnifiquement décorée, et donnait vraiment l'impression d'un appartement privé, spacieuse, élégante et parfaitement équipée. La salle de sport privée et les installations bien-être étaient un véritable plus aucun besoin de faire la queue, juste du temps pour soi en toute tranquillité. J'ai également beaucoup apprécié le service de transfert depuis l'aéroport, qui a été fluide et très appréciable après un long vol. Ce qui m'a particulièrement marqué, c'est l'attention portée aux détails. Que ce soit pour organiser un dîner, recommander des lieux à visiter, ou simplement s'assurer que tout se passe bien, l'équipe a su offrir un service attentionné, sans jamais être envahissante merci beaucoup James & Millicent. Kwarleyz Residence offre le parfait équilibre entre luxe, intimité et authenticité. Je suis reparti pleinement reposé et impatient de revenir. Une adresse que je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour d'exception à Accra !

We stayed here after a week in Nigeria. Would we stay again? probably not . Aesthetically on arrival it looks nice but I think it left a lot to be desired. This was my second visit to Ghana 1st time at this apartment style establishment . Breakfast - breakfast buffet was cold every single day. Given the fact that it’s a small hotel and there was a max of 6 people in the restaurant at once , I’m struggling to understand why they don’t just have a small menu made to order. Instead you have to ask for your food to be warmed via micro wave - disappointing . Aside from that the breakfast was Limited in variety. On a positive there were drinks on arrival and the staff were helpful The initial room we were given the bathroom door couldn’t close , they sent someone to ‘fix it’ but it was because the whole door frame was warped. I can’t see them not knowing this was the case prior to our arrival. The suite is spacious but I think could do with abit of renovations it definitely looks abit tired in places The pool is nice and often empty. The Sunloungers by the pool need a shade to cover you . Else you may just burn . The step up to the sunloungers needed repair I tripped on it but avoided injury. The gym is decent and they offer a free 15 mins in the sauna or steam. It was a pleasant stay but I think I would prefer to pay abit extra to stay in movenpick or kempinski. As the attention to detail is there and a much better breakfast. Or if I want just an apartment I would try a different option.

The food is 100% . And workers are super nice and professional. The location is total safe . The room is super clean and well furnished . The amenities are 100% . I will rate this place 98/100 and i will totally recommend for other people to vist.

Je suis satisfait de mon séjour dans cet hôtel agréablement beau et très propre dans l’ensemble. J’ai été très bien accueilli, le personnel est très respectueux, le cadre calme, la nourriture très bonne et le service est parfait. Je recommande à 100%

Il Servizio era perfetto, hotel bellissimo e niente da dire su l’accoglienza. La vista sulla piscina lo spa la palestra ecc… 100 su 100

Tous le personnel parfait, la nourriture très bien , les chambres très propre ! Le bar et restaurant vraiment agréable ! Nous avons fait quelques jours pour le business et nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel pour les futurs déplacements sur Ghana

Nulla tutto andato bene, personale molto gentile e disponibile Struttura in zona tranquilla vicino zona aeroporto. Appartamenti studio puliti e ben accessoriati. Peccato che il roof top bar é chiuso, sarebbe comodo il contrario Zona piscina dimpatica, bella palesta brn attrezzata e peccato che non ho usufruito dello Spa.

As a frequent flyer, this is one of the most stylish and unique hotels I have ever stayed at. I was greeted with my own personal butler and the rest of the team members and Operations Manager were absolutely wonderful. “Cleanliness is close to Godliness” and my suite and throughout the hotel were spotless! I had an issue with the shower (which I understand has now been resolved) and the suite could do with a few minor improvements but otherwise, I could not fault this hotel as I absolutely LOVED it. If they make those changes, then it would receive full marks from me. I would most certainly recommend this hotel.
