Staff makes the difference very helpful Service is very good

Had dinner in the hotel restaurant this Saturday, the new menu was just amazing. I had the platter of prawns that not only tasted perfect but were so beautifully presented. Our party also had the peri peri chicken which was tender and delicious, also we had the pasta arrabbiata. The person eating the pasta had food allergies and the dish was adapted beautifully. The staff were so attentive and looked after us all so incredibly well. Thank you all

We arrived on time and were informed that if we were to hire a car which we had already decided to do the parking charge would be 15 lev per day at the hotel. However the car hire company informed us that all parking in our street was free!!!!!!! The hotel parking lot was not as near to our room as the roadside parking spot! The pool bar was closed which was not stated in our booking and the bar was therefore shut too! Just so happens that the hotel owner also has a shop on site so no shock there then. The room had a shower which leaked so badly that the floor flooded each time it was used, causing the floor to be extremely wet and dangerous. The WiFi did not work in our hotel room and that was not stipulated in our booking either x the staff were ignorant and our room was unclean and still had dishes from the previous guests with mouldy bread in the cupboards x we returned the spare pillows in the wardrobe as they were stained and our bed hadn’t been changed before our arrival either. We didn’t expect much due to the low cost of the hotel, but it isn’t much to ask for clean bedding and a shower that didn’t leak leading to a flooded bathroom Apparently there is a sign to put on the outside of your door if you wish your room to be cleaned, however this wasn’t in our room and when I asked about the free car parking I got a mouthful of abuse from the staff who incidentally didn’t speak English once to us until they decided to insult me. Never again!!!!!! Same guy on reception from dusk to dawn and his friends and their cars constantly visited the hotel and used the parking spaces and maybe if he didn’t work so many hours he would have a smile and a polite word to say each day! Very aggressive owner and I was worried about staying the full term in case of any further confrontation from the staff so we booked another hotel for the remainder of our stay. We have travelled the world and this was a total disgrace and the staff are unfriendly, the rooms are awful and the service was non existent.

I stayed there for a one week stay as part of a business trip. This is a small and very quiet hotel. The staff are very nice and the restaurant has a good menu so no need to order in or go outside for dinner. They picked me up at the airport, it is all very well organized and seamless. Bravo for an excellent experience!

I stayed at Fiesta Residences Serviced Apartments for almost three months and the apartment was great and service was excellent. As a manual wheelchair user, I was tremendously impressed with the speed and quality of the renovations made on a ground floor apartment to fit my needs and I think the General Manager, Johan for his leadership in making that happen!

I visited during October 2024 while on a business trip. As the hotel rooms were fully booked we were given the apartments. I can’t express in words how amazing those apartments were. As such the everything was super clean, the location is also perfect and the staff very friendly. The pool area, restaurant and bar is also great. I will definitely visit again when visiting Accra!

The service was excellent, from the customer service to the food. I will recommend The Residence to anyone wanting exceptional food and client service in Ghana. The servers were cordial, polite and respectful. This is the best I have experienced in Accra.

Great location, great place with excellent service. Their array of choices for breakfast is excellent... Their gym is well-equipped and the locale is also great for a run. I really enjoyed the Residences. Shout out to the amazing Phelicia at the reception!

This place should not get less than 5 stars. Take it from someone who has spent some nights in some high end hotels. Fiesta’s service is legit and they go the extra mile. Clean and maintained to standard. When I come to Accra this is the only place I want to stay!

A lovely hotel with friendly staff, amenities like laundry, an in-room safe, tea kettle, and mini fridge, and comfy clean rooms. I dined in the restaurant two nights in a row. The red-red was yummy (local dish of rice, plantains and beans). The servers are really kind and the ambiance is refined yet approachable. Highly recommend!

Perfect hotel, staff amazing, Restaurant and Food first class (Especially the seafood platter) Spa perfection. Special mention to the girls in the Spa, Comfort and Lorricia, best treatments ever. Also Mershak, for looking after us so well during the day and ensuring we had everything we needed

Great little boutique hotel with spacious room and bathroom. Nice but small gym with newer equipment. My room had carpet and bathtub. Wonder if they have room with shower and floorboards as that’s my preferred. Quiet place perfect for business travellers
