Easy check in and great place to stay with many extra touches that made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend giving KASA Gold Coast Inn a try , you won’t be disappointed.

Booked this place for a quick weekend getaway. This was the first time we’d book with a place that’s all virtual. We were pleasantly surprised. Check in and out were seamless. Even though there was no one physically on the property, we still felt safe. Very clean room with cute and comfy vibes. Perfect for a quick trip! Also love that the room has both a microwave and fridge. Makes storing and heating leftovers super simple. Loved it here. Would come back!

We reserved two rooms for seven days. Both rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern. The rest of the hotel, including the lounge areas, also appeared to be very clean. A beautiful view of Traverse Bay was another plus. There is also a very nice walking trail behind the hotel, which can be accessed from a deck on the first floor of the hotel. All in all, this was a very positive experience, and I would not hesitate to stay At this hotel again.

This place is a gem. Checking in was easy with the code given, there was a trolly available to get all of our luggage up to our room and getting into the room was easy as well. Everything was spotless and as soon as we walked in we had a breathtaking view of Grand Traverse Bay. The bed was comfortable and the nightstand had charging ports and outlets which made charging all of my devices easy and accessible. I cannot wait to come back to Traverse City and stay at Gold Coast again.

Very clean and comfortable room. Super convenient check in process. Modern and personal feeling common areas. Perfect location on the TART trail if you came to ride. Excellent price as well. Would visit again

The lobby and rooms were very clean. I appreciated the small touches of a free snack in the room to the more quality toiletries in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great, overlooking the water. It was my first experience with a hotel that did not use a front desk with real people, but whenever we had a question, they were prompt to respond, and very helpful. The check in and out process was simple and quick. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice and self check in was surprisingly easy. The only drawback was I was getting ants coming in under the door but this could be avoided by fixing the gap in the door and considering the amount of bugs that come out at night it wasn’t that bad. Perfect place to catch the sunset. I would recommend

The hotel changed our reservation after check in time from double queen and bay view to a queen studio with one bed and no view. Their excuse was that our original room wasn’t ready. Absolutely unacceptable! They gave me the difference in price back, but it didn’t matter as my experience with them was tarnished. I was traveling with my sister, but if I would be with my teen son??? I would have slept with him in one bed???TV wasn’t connecting to anything, shower was dirty, floors needed cleaning as well. Coffee only was available in a common area and you had to make it yourself. No service desk, no workers in sight. So, I don’t understand others commenting on “service”. There was none!!!! Terrible experience, do not recommend this hotel. No breakfast.

Better than expected. Very clean and nice. Definitely worth the stay. Every room has a view of the bay. Also I like that it’s not right in town. Bonus!!
