Great location, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The common areas were nicely designed and clean. The room was clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the mini kitchenette. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We appreciated the extra towels at the pool. The cons were: the bottom of the pool was pretty rough. I get the need for traction, but it rubbed my kids' feet raw. There wasn't a hot tub. The parking garage attached to the hotel is open to the public, so if there is a popular event happening downtown (i.e. New Year's Eve Potato Drop) the garage will fill up while you were out elsewhwere. Leaving you to have to find somewhere else to park even though you prepaid for parking in that garage.

Super friendly staff. Family friendly suits. Clean and cozy.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. I had to call two different times (one to reserve rooms close to family members & the other to ask for an early check in) and I spoke to Sarco both times and he was very friendly and helpful. He made it so easy and we are so grateful. The hotel was beautiful and the staff at the breakfast were very friendly. Also a perfect pool for young kids. We will be back!

We liked everything about our stay here except the check in problems apparently related to their system being down. They did not have the accessible room we reserved and had to spend the first night in a different room and move the next day to the right room. They staff were very helpful and apologetic. They did all they could to make it right. We will certainly stay here again.

After a 45 minute difficulty getting a room assigned to us, everything was great. The desk clerk was flustered but kind and apologetic for the computer problems. The room was spacious and clean and new. The bathroom was great. The beds were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was above average.

I was delightfully surprised by this hotel! I didn’t realize it was in such a central location. I am not super familiar with Boise and it is RIGHT downtown and such a great price for 6 people. Trader Joe’s is right across the street for snacks. Breakfast was great too.

Stayed here while on a road trip with our family. Great location in downtown Boise. We did not have to use our car since there are tons of dining options just a few min walking distance. The hotel itself is great for families. Pool for the kids, parking garage that allows you to walk to your room from the same parking floor, exceptional beds in the large size room, and free breakfast (limited options though). All 4 of us loved it and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Staff was also super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic new hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wish they gave out boxed, glass, or can waters instead of plastic when checking in- but all other eco friendly options were available.

Very nice room, extremely clean and organized. Room darkening shades were perfect for light sleepers. Friendly staff and perfect location within walking distance to restaurants and bars in downtown Boise. Will definitely stay again!
