葛底斯堡温德姆酒店(Wyndham Gettysburg)

This hotel is old but you can feel that hotel is really American brand. The room is huge, the area of hotel is enormous, although the hotel and amenities not quite modern but my family loved here. * The Cleanliness is ok(not bad) * Location is very convenient if you are going to other city.Very close to Highway and downtown of this small city. * Service is alright but not professional. * Amenities are OK but it is not ultra modern hotel. In Conclusion this hotel deserves that money.

I am not sure I want to give a reference to have many others come, but I have to be fair to the exceptional service, care wonderful facility of the Wyndham in Gettysburg. The staff was so kind at every step, the bar tender who made sure my wife was okay, the breakfast servers who made sure our meal was excellent, the responsive and attentive front desk staff... What a team to make one's stay so wonderful, and it was. It is so large, the rooms so clean, realy, you can see th effort put into this operation for the comfort of their guests. There are large goups finding this place for large weekend events, but its is such a large place, it sodes not affect the privacy of other guests, Amazing... I cannot imagine someone not really enjoying their time in this wonderful area.

We had to switch rooms twice and finally got tired of moving rooms. First room stunk bad and had stains on sheets. Second room had worse smell and stain on pillows. Third room smelled better but had no comforter just a sheet and throw blanket. Asked for a comforter for another throw blanket with holes in it. The carpet stained and the bathroom had no fan working and mildew on shower curtain and in shower. I had to clean it myself cause at this point I was frustrated. The best part of that hotel was the friendly staff more specifically, Charlene. Honestly I deserve a refund for this horrible experience. But it is what it is.

The hotel is very beautiful. The women at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. The room was nice enough, though nothing exceptional. It was clean. The mattress looked very used and could be firmer. Also, not sure why there is only half a shower door. If the price was right, though, I would stay here again.

upon check in, our room had stuff all in it. a dirty socrk, a toy, water bottle under the side table, pens on the floor. paper and such. the room smelled like smoke. after extensive searching where this smoke smell was coming from, it was the ice bucket. apparently the guests before us, used the ice bucket for an ash tray, which would explain why the windows were open. house keeping failed the room. yes we did talk to the front desk, they sent someone up to pick up the trash. that night, just because, we lifted the cushion on the chair and of course, that had garbage under it as well.

Bathroom was filthy. Many Long human hairs on floor. Dried urine on tile beside toilet . Safe was inoperable.

I’ve stayed here many times because they are pet friendly. The property is nice & the rooms are adequate. This time when I arrived & when I left I had to wait several minutes for a staff member to even come to the desk & then they acted like I was bothering them.

The first room that we were given was filthy, the beds have not been changed bathroom was dirty. We were switched to another room which was a little better. We did get a second room, the floors for dirty and the bathroom was not that clean. So I went and purchased cleaning products and cleaned it before I used it. I'm checking out my voice my concerns to the front desk, and they wanted to give me a partial refund but because I paid cash they said they weren't able to. Plus they put 2 $25.00 holds on my bank card for incidentals, that won't be refunded back for 5 to 7 days. I will be calling management first thing tomorrow morning.
