住了一禮拜，Wifi和手機信號都不是特別好，有線網絡都會因為停電時斷時續，熱水經常沒有，房間挺大，頂樓的餐食也好吃

Un service très correct et un personnel très serviable, vous rend votre séjour agréable.

I like the hotel service everyonein the hotel they are friendly. From the gate to the room all the staff were helpful specially the tourists information desk guy he is really smart and gentlemen he help me with guiding tourists area in Addis which is new experiences i appreciate it.

The hotel is perfectly located very near to the airport we were there for a transit the room very clean and comfortable the next morning we had breakfast which has variety of buffet including scrambled eggs and juice the hotel also gives us a shuttle service to airport. We were happy with the service that we get in these fine hotel and deserves good reviews.

I been there for business trip and I found these hotel extremely fantastic, the food one of the best, clean and comfortable room with cool balcony, I used the spa service couple of times and I found it amazing, clean and pure swimming pool even if it's small, the uptown lounge cool place to refresh and view with cool music. The staff special on the front desk each and everyone from the gate to room they were helpful and welcome us with a cold drink and warm smile . Thank you swiss inn nexus.

I recently stayed at the Swiss Inn Nexus Hotel in Addis Ababa and had an extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I was horrified to find that our room was infested with bed bugs. Expecting a swift and understanding response, I immediately requested a refund. To my dismay, the hotel staff was uncooperative and dismissive.They refused to take responsibility for the issue, citing that the payment was made online and therefore not within their purview to address. This response was not only unhelpful but also baffling, as the payment was made directly on their website. When I sought clarification on how to proceed, the receptionist was unable to provide any assistance, claiming ignorance about their own third-party payment partner.After my own research, I discovered that Travel Book Group was the third party involved. I reached out to them, and subsequently, Priceline responded, stating that the hotel denied the refund request and they couldn't intervene. This entire ordeal was not just frustrating but also disheartening, as it showed a complete lack of customer service and responsibility from the Swiss Inn Nexus Hotel. It's unacceptable for a hotel to disregard such serious complaints and leave their guests in distress without any support or solutions.

Rooms were clean. Due to the elevation, the weather was cool, especially at night. Personally I require some warmth, but was unable to adjust room temperature. Otherwise, staff was very accommodating and friendly and worked to make my stay comfortable.

The Swiss Nexus is a beautiful hotel. It has all of the amenities that you would expect in a luxury hotel. The lounge on the 8th floor and the spa on the main level were both unexpected treats. This will absolutely be where to find me on my next trip to Ethiopia

The standard of hotel is like a five-star-hotel, but the price is not like this. If you are looking for a hotel with a lot of comfort for a suitable price, you will find it here. All kind of service is available, staff is very friendly and engaged to deliver service. The location is not at much far from center. In the surroundings you find all kind of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. But no need to go, all this you will find inside of hotel. Of cause, I will come again.

My stay in Swiss inn Nexus Hotel was excellent... My stay wouldn’t be complete without the great customer service Plus their food was amazing and the rooms were clean and beautiful I wish could have stayed longer it is one of the best experience you can get in Addis Ababa

The staff were extremely polite, courteous and highly professional. The rooms and environment were very clean. The food was sumptuous, with good number of varieties and I loved the local coffee. The beverages were assorted so i had a wide range to choose from. I cant wait to be back there. I will surely recommend place to friends and family. I'm happy I made the choice.

I had a beautiful experience at Swiss Inn Nexus Hotel, Addis Ababa. The receptionists are very courteous and helpful. The rooms are equipped with quality furniture and other accessories. The cleaners do their job well. Complaints I had were quickly attended to and I felt good about it. Their complementary breakfast is rich with intercontinental dishes. They also make good efforts at security for their clients. I enjoyed my stay.

The general conduct and performance of the hotel was satisfactory. Also, the hotel is one of the best in Ethiopia with delicious dishes. The staffs plays a vital role in adhering to timing, rapid delivery of goods and services. Finally, the hotel’s security staffs also carried out their job efficiently and effectively without being supervised. Overall, I recommend the hotel for everyone willing.
